Pros:

Es el segundo año que nos alojamos aquí. Y volveremos al año que viene. Nos gustó todo: la habitación espaciosa, camas supercómodas, limpieza, las piscinas, el gym, el personal más que amable... En fin, todo fantástico

Cons:

Strong smell of canalisation in rooms basically made me sick during the stay. Open windows don't help.
Reception is very slow and unprofessional.
Rooms don't have anything - no tea, no mini bar, not even water.
No beach towels
Bathroom doors don't close.
Light in a bathroom is just abnormal. It can automatically switch off while you are inside and there's no way to switch it on again unless you get out of the shower/bath. Plus there is only 1 light level which is very bright and you'll probably hurt your eyes if you need to use a bathroom during the night.

Pros:

I think that cleaning stuff did a pretty good job cause rooms were quite clean.
Comfortable access to the beach but no beach towels and no sun beds which very weird for a beach hotel.

Cons:

Requested a baby cot during a booking, the hotel confirmed. Upon arrival reminded again and was promised it'll be there soon. Between 5 and 8 pm I had to remind them again 3 times about baby cot, emphasising that my baby goes to sleep at 8:30. At 9 I had to go to the reception to remind them again but they pretended it was the first time they hear about it (in particular receptionist Helena was reminded several times). After many other reminders, the baby cot was not there until 11 pm. In result my overtired baby screamed a lot, slept 3 hours less and it totally ruined our holiday and more importantly had a bad influence on how he felt next days. Totally inhumane approach towards families with kids. Reception is very slow and unprofessional about other requests as well.
- Besides, just a bottle of water would be very basic but good to have, which the hotel does not provide. Mini bar goes empty as well, no vanity kits and other necessities.
- They do not provide with beach towels normally, you have to go though a quest of where to get them, spend 1 hour talking to reception and maybe 2 hours later you'll get the towels with a deposit.
- Light in a bathroom is just abnormal. It can automatically switch off while you are inside and there's no way to switch it on again unless you get out of the shower/bath. Plus there is only 1 light level which is very bright and you'll probably hurt your eyes if you need to use a bathroom during the night.
- Bathroom doors don't close.

Escapada estupenda en excelente hotel
Pros:

Habitación junior suite enorme en primera línea con unos atardeceres increíbles. Desayuno estupendo y muy completo. Personal muy amable. Salida directa a la playa desde la zona de piscina a través de una pasarela de madera. Césped natural en la zona de piscina para más frescor en las hamacas.

Cons:

Plazas insuficientes de aparcamiento dentro del complejo de hoteles. Dificultad para conseguir hamacas si no las coges a la primera hora.

Lovely short break to rest and relax.
Pros:

Great location, grounds and general decor of the hotel. The breakfast spread is great too.

Cons:

Was surprised to see that there was no complimentary water in the room. Quite sure there has been on prior visits.
