I liked everything, it’s a good hotel, but there are some issues…
There are no robes or slippers in the rooms. Beach towels must be taken from reception and returned there. And there is no bottle of water in the room

Zwiedzilismy już prawie wszystkie hotele tej sieci, jednak ten jest najlepszy. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa, piękny wystrój, bardzo czysto, zadbane do okoła, bardzo duży wybór na śniadanie i obiadokolacje wszystko smaczne, wracamy tu już kolejny raz :) siłownia dobrze wyposażona.

The location was good, the kids facilities, the decor, and the room was clean.
We were uncomfortable sleeping at night as the room got very hot, apparently as it was not yet summer and the air con still had a heating setting so you could not cool it down. This was not ideal especially with a one year old baby and the fact that we had paid for an upgrade to this room.
We complained several times whilst there and also at checkout only to be told that there was nothing they could do.
The buffet dinner was also not good.
La habitación con vistas al mar grande y la cama cómoda, el buffet estaba bien, lo mejor fue el desayuno.
La ubicación, habitación amplia, cómoda, limpia, moderna y con unas vistas impresionantes. Instalaciones excepcionales.
Todo perfecto, nos alojamos para la boda de mi hermana y nos dieron todas las habitaciones con vistas al mar.
