Relax y comodidad
Pros:

Un acierto siempre. Es el 4 año que me alojo en el hotel y nunca falla. Personal muy agradable. Desayuno muy completo con mucha variedad.

Cons:

Las hamacas de la piscina las ocupa la gente desde por la mañana y cuesta encontrar sitio, deberían controlar esto.

Not worth the price
Pros:

Overall, our stay was disappointing due to the level of service provided. The only staff member we encountered who was able to communicate effectively in English was the person who checked us in. He was courteous, professional, and provided us with all the necessary information. Unfortunately, none of the other staff members we interacted with spoke proper English, which made communication difficult.

The staff in the restaurants and other food and beverage outlets were generally not friendly or welcoming. It was also surprising that guests were required to pay even for water during dinner. While the cost itself was insignificant, it detracted from the overall experience. Moreover, if no drinks were ordered, the staff appeared to ignore guests for the remainder of the meal, which created an unwelcoming atmosphere.

The property itself has potential, but the lack of hospitality and poor communication significantly impacted our experience.

Disappointing Stay with Poor Food and Unprofessional Service
Pros:

We recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately found it to be a very disappointing experience overall.

While the hotel itself is visually appealing and the beachfront location is undeniably attractive, these positives were completely overshadowed by serious issues throughout our stay. Although the property appeared clean and well-maintained, this alone was not enough to make up for the numerous problems we encountered.

The food quality, particularly at dinner, was extremely poor for a half-board hotel. On two separate occasions members of our party were served undercooked food. One meal included chicken that was still raw in the middle, while another contained sausage that appeared to be barely cooked. This raised serious food safety concerns, and beyond that, much of the food was bland, poorly prepared, and of a very low standard.

The service across the hotel was consistently disappointing. Reception staff were slow, inattentive, and seemed disinterested in assisting guests. On one occasion, with only one person ahead of me in the queue, five members of staff stood chatting amongst themselves while guests were left waiting.

The situation at the pool bar and sports bar was even worse. Twice, members of our group were wrongly accused of not paying for food and drinks. Despite having receipts to prove payment, staff continued to argue and even attempted to charge other guests for items that had already been paid for. This was both frustrating and unacceptable.

On another evening, I ordered a drink at the sports bar and watched it being prepared. Alcohol was added to two similar drinks being made at the same time, but not to mine. When I politely questioned this, I was met with a dismissive and rude response, which only added to the overall poor impression of the service.

Overall, despite its potential and attractive setting, this hotel fails to deliver where it matters most. The combination of unsafe food practices, poor service, and unprofessional staff made this a thoroughly unpleasant stay, and it is not somewhere we would consider returning to.

MUY BUEN HOTEL Y MUY BUENAS INSTALACIONES
Pros:

Instalaciones nuevas, personal amable, fluidez en el bufet sin colas, EL SILENCIO en los pasillos y las habitaciones. Los espectáculos respetan el sueño de los niños. Insonorización de las habitaciones Espectacular. Fuimos con un niño de 2 años y genial

Cons:

1.Fuimos a una suite y faltaban algunos detalles que la camarera olvidó preparar como el jabón de manos,ñ y agua de bienvenida.
2.Las cortinas no cubrían del todo la claridad y pedimos alguna especie de persiana o sistema para poder opacar los cristales por el niño pero no había.
3. Presión del agua de la ducha límite.
4. La variedad en el bufet, podría ser mayor.

Habitaciones son grandes y camas cómodas.
El agua de la piscina calentita.

Cons:

La limpieza podría ser mejor, polvo en las superficies del mobiliario, en las puertas y pelusas en los pasillos de las habitaciones.
El buffet es bueno pero no excelente: el zumo de naranja súper aguado, no hay salmón ahumado ni aguacate en el desayuno y en la cena nada de marisco.

5 star experience
Pros:

We were there for our third time as part of Paul Claffey dancing week from Ireland , A major factor in our return is the hotel .I can not find fault with this hotel , the staff are just exceptional from reception to restaurant to housekeeping, all just brillant . The rooms are so spacious and just simply spotless .The restaurant was a joy to visit morning and evening .The food was piping hot and constantly replenished, I honestly don't know how the staff coped with such large numbers but they did it and made it look easy. I will be back again next year, counting down the days already.

Mini escapada familiar
Pros:

Las camas super cómodas.
La piscina climatizada genial! Las otras piscinas también muy bien y la de los peques esta muy bien pero el agua muy fría, la que más fria de todas estaba.

Cons:

No se veían canales españoles en la tele.
El sofá cama tenía muchísimo polvo por toda la estructura.

Beautiful hotel fabulous room so spacious hotel literally on the most beautiful beach i have ever staff so friendly and helpful.
No sunbed wars people move around and don't hog sunbeds always some available

Empfehlenswertes Hotel in traumhafter Lage!
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels in direkter Nähe zum Strand ist fantastisch!
Die Reaktion des Personals auf Wünsche und Verbesserungsvorschläge erfolgte unmittelbar!
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Cons:

Die parallele Beherbung von irischen Gästen über einen Reiseveranstalter (Paul Claffey Tours) hatte zur Konsequenz, dass regelmäßig relativ laute Konzerte mit Country Music stattfanden. Dies fanden wir etwas störend.
