Très bien, proche du Masjid Nabawi et de ses portes bien situées.
Pros:

A 3 minutes à pied du masjid Nabawi, c’est très pratique pour faire des aller retours sans trop se fatiguer, surtout lors des 10 derniers jours de Ramadan. Tout était fluide.

Cons:

La communication par e-mail ou via booking car je ne recevais pas de réponse.

Not bad considering price. Excellent Wifi!
Pros:

Very close to the haram. Helpful staff. EXCELLENT wifi. The wifi took me by surprise as more premium hotels don't give such high speeds. Generally a decent hotel considering the price.

Cons:

Beds were bad quality. We switched 2 rooms, both had beds that were slanted to one side. These were mainly the single beds. The beds are not of good quality. The lobby is always congested full of people and luggage everywhere. A lot of outside noise comes through into the room so if you are a light sleeper, this place isn't the one for you.

Good value for money and super clean!
Pros:

Cleanliness! And location is only 5-7 mins walk to Nabawi! Good value for money. Check in was easyyy, and housekeeping staff was the best!

Cons:

The fact that the dont really responsive on bookingcom message or email.
Bathroom style is not designed to be dry bathroom, when you took a shower the water will be all over the floor

Excellent location and fit for purpose
Pros:

The location was excellent. It was only a few minutes walk from gate number 336. There was loads of amenities and shop around everything at walking distance

Cons:

The hotel is very busy and the lifts are very very so you end up having to wait in a long time sometime longer than 10 minutes just to get a lift
