كلمة حق تقال تعامل الموظفين جداً راقي

* تم حجز 3 غرف ثلاثيه وعند دخول الغرف اتضح لي بان الغرف مصممه لشصخصين وتم اضافة سرير ثالث وعليه تم ابلاغ الاستقبال بان الغرف غير مناسبه وعليه تم تغيير الغرف
* يتم صرف كروت مواقف سيارات لاعداد اكبر من عدد مواقف الفندق عند الوصل للفندق يبلغك موظف الامن بأن المواقف ممتلئة
* لا يوجد تصرف سليم اوقات زحمة المصاعد حيث انا اغلب نزلاء الفندق من اخوانا الاندونيسين واثناء وجبة الغداء صعب الصعود للمصعد وذلك بسبب صعود النزلاء للمصعد في الدور M عند نزوله للدور الارضي G
* رائحة الفندق بسبب الاطعمة مزعجة

Location was the factor literally 5min walk to masjid E nabawi

Cons:

Very average bedding
Bathroom needs lots of maintenance water sips out of shower and accumulates on the bathroom floor could cause slip and serious injuries
