Convinient, clean, safe and very friendly
Pros:

Convenient short drive from airport at night
Very friendly staff, safe location nice 24h restaurant - good local food and beer

Cons:

Awkward staircase from reception upwards. Bed too big for small room. But at the price it’s OK!

Pleasant stay.
Pros:

Staff were curteous, and a did swift check in process.

I arrived at 8:00am and they allowed me to check in early at no extra cost.

Wi-fi worked well, room had TV, housekeeping team ensured the room was clean.

Hotel has a restaurant in the first floor.

You get excellent value for the money you pay.

They are easy to find on map, and be easily dropped/ picked up by taxi.

Can recommend to someone who wants to be within Nairobi CBD, interested on comfortable stay while on a budget.

Das Personal war freundlich, Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Die Bausubstanz,in die Jahre gekommen.Duch meine Verspätete Ankunft, wurde meine Buchung nur für mich berechnet und nicht für die zweite Person die ich gebucht habe.Es gab kein Geld zurück.

Pros:

I really liked your facility and the staff..the Waiter who served me all the three meals, Elizabeth was so friendly and professional..I like the fish fingers and the chickens,both grilled and the chicken stew...

We asked one of the girls at the front desk how to get an Uber to the airport, and she told us it wasn't a good idea and that she should book us a taxi instead. We ended up taking the Uber anyway without any issues, paying a third of what she was quoting for the taxi

Bon rapport qualité prix. Hôtel situé dans un quartier populaire, proche des centres d'intérêt.
Pros:

Personnel très accueillant, disponible et serviable. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et sur demande adapté aux continentaux. Repas à un très bon rapport qualité /prix. Hôtel proche des principaux centres d'intérêt.

Cons:

Chambre vétuste. L'équipement de la chambre nécessiterait une rénovation. Quartier très populaire où le pickpocket est fréquent. Il faut être sur ses gardes en permanence.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hotel.
Pros:

The room was very clean. I got excellent services whenever I requested anything from my room. The hotel is located close to the town. I was able to walk from the hotel to the other areas within the town

Cons:

Generally I liked most of the attributes about the room and location. Perhaps the hotel should consider improving on the breakfast by ensuring there is a variety of food types.
