Cons:

No real privacy,since they come to your room when you step out , to clean even though you did not ask for room attendance,they should know that some of us don't like interruption on the short time of our stay,.but everything was safe

منطقه شعبيه غير امنه جدا حجزت غرفه كبيره اعطوني غرفه صغيره 9 مترلا يوجد بها شطاف و سخان ماء ولا يوجد بها فيش كهرباء لشحن الجوال رفضو تغير الغرفه الي ان هددتهم اني اتواصل مع بوكنق طلعوني الغرفه الي انا اصلا حاجزها بالدور الرابع ولا يوجد مصعد

Good value in a very busy part of town
Pros:

Very good value, right next to the matutu hub, this part of town is vibrant and always full of people. You can find anything for a good price. The bed was clean and comfortable, our room was rear-facing so pretty silent during the night. The bathroom had everything working and was clean.

Cons:

For the people that don't like crowds, avoid this location at all costs. Tourists can feel overwhelmed by all the people in the neighborhood, streets are narrow, there is a lot of music, people shouting, lighting everywhere.

Pros:

Situé en plein centre. Fréquenté essentiellement par les locaux.
Bon rapport qualité-prix.
Établissement très honnête : j'avais oublié ma carte bleue à l'hôtel, ils m'ont tout de suite contacté pour m'avertir et voir comment il pouvait m'aider à la récupérer. Finalement, ils l'ont conservée pendant 15 jours le temps que je repasse par Nairobi... Aucun problème !

Cons:

Les chambres côté rue sont bruyantes

A Wonderful facility that I recommend to everyone who would like to spend little and still get valu.
Pros:

I was impressed by the quality of staff, cleanliness and overall services. The meals and staff at the restaurant are exceptional. The only setback is the charging ports, which do not yet conform to the European standards. I had to buy an adapter to fix my charger on.

Cons:

Wifi was quit weak. I could hardly make calls.
