El cuarto en general. Usan un aromatizante muy económico que su olor en la recamr es muy fastidioso, las sábanas estaban percudidas y el agua olía muy mal, me dejó el cabello todo feo y la piel con sarpullido. Tuve que lavar mis dientes con agua que compre en el OXXO.

The rooms seemed small and there was no restaurant on site but the tables on the rooftop were nice.
Pros:

The staff were great and the hotel was clean

Cons:

No parking on site and construction happening around us.Also loud music from the bars.

PÉSIMO SERVICIO DE INSTALACIONES HIDRÁULICAS Y DEL PERSONAL QUE NO TE DA UNA SOLUCIÓN.
Pros:

Baño: en general el agua sale sucia (esto se puede percibir en la taza del baño y en la tina la llené y al principio se veía amarilla al final terminó verde (vacíe la tina por que pensé que era por que debía de ser tal vez agua estancada y pensé que después mejoraría, en el segundo intento ya salió menos verde pero aún así el olor era horrible), además con olor a drenaje, la habitación huele a drenaje y cuando abres las llaves del agua (regadera, lavamanos y para llenar la tina ni se diga, el olor es súper desagradable). Lo reporte y la respuesta fue: aquí siempre sale el agua así, pedí m i reembolso y se negaron a hacerlo, además de no darme una solución. Realmente pésimo servicio. El primer día no me dieron ni una botella de agua, pedí y la recepcionista me la negó.
