Bom custo benefício. Bom café da manhã. Ótimo atendimento e localização, junto a um ótimo centro comercial e turístico. Quarto bem pequeno, mas possível se ajustar. Vale o bilhete.

Öncelikli sebebim konumu sebebiyle burayı tercih etmemdi ama beklentimin çok çok üzerinde çıktı. Çalışanların güler yüzlülüğü ve yardım severliği çok iyiydi. En uygun fiyatlı odayı seçmene rağmen eksik hiçbir şey yoktu. Artık muhtemelen hep burayı tercih edeceğim.

La posizione è ottima , ma per il resto sono rimasto deluso. Finestra su muro, condizionatore ogni sera ho dovuto chiamare la reception per farlo funzionare inoltre è molto rumoroso se sì apre la finestra ci sono i motori degli altri condizionatori fuori ed è peggio chiusi dentro si muore dal caldo. Il comando della doccia era pieno di calcare che ho dovuto sbloccarlo da solo perché dalla reception mi avevano detto di aspettare ma non sapevano quanto.
Colazione di tipo turco non offre scelta per altri gusti.

Ótimo custo benefício, especialmente pela localização. Acesso à pé a vários pontos turísticos de interesse, especialmente a uma grande área comercial. Quarto bem pequeno e simples, mas com um ótimo atendimento e limpeza. Bom café da manhã. Vale o bilhete.

The front desk and bellhops were so friendly and available to help. I felt welcomed and cared for. The room was perfect for my short stay and adequate storage for a longer stay. The bedding was very clean and comfortable and nathroom was equipped with fluffy towels and lots of supplies. Breakfast was better than I expected! A great way to start the day in a bright airy room with delicious coffee, bread and many healthy delights.

The Hotel location is great direct access to Istiqlal hotel , The hotel is newly revamped , the Reception staff are kind , Serkal and Hassan were helpful .

Konum olarak süper, tertemiz bir otel. Personellerin ilgisi çok yeterliydi. Kahvaltısı çok güzeldi. Özellikle Serkan Bey’in ilgili ve yardımsever tavrı bu otelde konaklamamda olumlu etkisi oldu.

Konum itibarı ile güzel tek kişilik oda temiz ancak gece boyunca bir motor gürültüsü içinde uyumak çok zordu ayrıca ilkyardım dolabı boş ufak bir kaza geçirdim pansuman malzemesi bulamadılar

Konum itibarı ile merkezi ve temiz bir otel tek kişilik oda duvar görüyor ancak gece boyunca çalışan bir motor (neyin sesi olduğunu anlayamadım) sesi ile uyumaya çalıştım. Kahvaltı zayıf açık büfe değil

Otel çok güzeldi. Çalışanlar çok kibar ve güler yüzlüydü. Oda tertemizdi, eşyalar yeniydi, ayrıca Beyoğlunun dibinde. 1 gece daha uzattık biz. Tek kötü yönü odada kettle ve bardak yoktu ama rica ettiğimizde bardak ve sıcak su verdiler. Banyo da gayet temizdi, temiz havlu, şampuan saç kremi sabun vs vardı. Kesinlikle öneririm

Otel yeni kullanıma açılmış olup kullanılan malzemeler yeni temiz odalar iyi servis ve çok güzel bir konum her şeyi çok beğendim oteli tavsiye ediyorum.

Terrible experience – I do not recommend this hotel!

My stay at this hotel was a total disappointment. First off, the room was very different from what was advertised on their website – small, dirty and with old furniture. There were stains on the sheets and the floor didn't seem to have been cleaned well. But, the bathroom had a musty smell, and the shower didn't work properly.

The staff was rude and unhelpful. Every time I approached them with a request or problem, it seemed like I was annoying them. The service was unacceptable for a hotel that claims to offer high customer standards.

In addition, the room's air conditioner does not work, the noise of the air conditioner kept me awake at night, I swear to God

Clearly, the whole time in this hotel was disastrous. Not worth it at any price, and will advise to avoid this place at all costs.

There is dirty toilets, bad staff, the AC isn't working 😕 the room is smelling on cigarettes. The wardrobe is out of the wall 🧱. The wallpapers are wriped off. The staff didn't found us on the computer. The cable of the stationary phone is cut. The lamp in the bathroom has rust on it. And finally the outside of the AC is very dirty. I would say that this hotel is overpriced.
