Smiggins Hotel

Good easy location. Helpful staff on reception & great shuttle service. Rooms are very basic, small & the carpet needs updating. Bedding was good. We stayed for two nights towards the end of the season & food services on site were never open during the lunchtime hours listed - only option was to go to Perisher for food. Breakfast included is ok. Dinner is expensive and not very good. It was ok but would stay elsewhere.

The incredible staff, comfortable accommodation and ease of access to the slopes make this the perfect family getaway.

We came back because we just love it here. The staff is always friendly. Belinda and Sarah are also alaays making sure we have the best experience.

The staff were amazing. Our car couldn’t start because the diesel fuel froze but they helped us to thaw the engine parts out and restart the car. Everyone was very nice! Little nice details we liked was the shower rack is heated so you get heated towels after a shower from a long ski day! Beds were super comfy! Can’t beat the location! Physically closest to ski field! Ski shop just downstairs. Private transport to Perisher from hotel. Can’t ask for more!

We loved our stay at Smiggins Hotel, it was so lovely to be staying on the snow and see the slopes right outside our window. The accommodation had everything we needed. Staff were super friendly and helpful! The lounge area was a nice bonus as somewhere to rest during lunchtime away from the crowds.

We absolutely loved our stay at Smiggins Hotel- the staff are so kind and friendly, the location couldn’t be better, the rooms are beautiful and warm and the food is absolutely sensational. What a wonderful family holiday! My kids said it was the best trip ever and cannot wait to return. Thanks Belinda and team for the wonderful hospitality.

Bistro and breakfast food was not up to standard, buffet was not self serve. Small sizes and spaghetti bowl had no sauce, large size was small. Snitzel at dinner was cold.
Rest of trip was great and coffee was good too.

Best place for a young family!

Great all inclusive holiday. Ski out the door or a quick bus ride to Perisher. We will be back.

Thanks so much to the friendly staff at Smiggins Hotel. We stayed in a chalet with our little boy, which was a short stroll to the main building. Everything was spotless and the staff were welcoming, helpful and generally just appeared happy to be there. There wasn't much snow, but we made the most of it and had a great weekend. Thanks everyone! :D

Friendly staff. good service. Best restaurant ever. Reasonable priced meals and drinks. Good mattress. good room.Good parking availability. Good access to skiing.

Staff very friendly, and loved having the kids around.

This was a great hotel, you can ski straight out of the hotel and back at the end of a full day exploring the resort. I loved coming back to the guest lounge, there were comfy sofas, a fire place and great cocktails!
