I stayed for arround 16days me. Pandav service and food everything as expected staff were awesome. especially named sanjay chef and manoj good and breakfast keya and priya is most supportive person I have seen in any staff. Must visit thanks alot mr. Pandav for your honesty and dedication towards your hardwork

I had an excellent experience at Peerless Hotel Hyderabad, and I would especially like to appreciate Mr. Pandav for his outstanding service and dedication.

Mr. Pandav has been working here for the past 6 years, and his experience truly reflects in the way he handles his responsibilities. He manages food services efficiently for all three meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—ensuring quality, hygiene, and timely service every single day. His consistency and commitment make a big difference in the overall guest experience.

What impressed me the most is his ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally. Whether it’s a rush hour, special requests from guests, or unexpected challenges, he always manages everything smoothly without compromising service quality. His problem-solving skills and patience are truly commendable.

He also maintains a very good relationship with both customers and staff. He is polite, approachable, and always ready to help, which creates a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the hotel. Guests feel comfortable interacting with him, and his teamwork with staff ensures everything runs seamlessly.

Very friendly staff, convenient location, clean & comfortable rooms with all required toiletries and grooming kits. Good spread of buffet dinner and breakfast at very reasonable price. Overall highly impressed.

First time I visit peerless hotel, hyderabad , hotel is nice, staff are good. Also I take lunch and dinner from restaurant. Specially thanks for service staffs priya, partha & keya, they are very careful and friendly and the service experience is too good.
