Rivedrei i letti perché sotto le aspettative rispetto al resto della struttura cosí come la colazione buona ma migliorabile nell'offerta di prodotti.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Man hat eine wunder- schöne Aussicht. Der Swimming-Pool hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Cons:

Wir waren enttäuscht dass wir nicht im Restaurant das Abendessen einnehmen konnten weil es voll besetzt war. Wir mussten dann nochmals nach Alba fahren. Allerdings bekamen wir gute Restaurant-Tips von der Reception.👍

Erholsam jedoch ärgerliche Umtriebe für drei Tage.
Pros:

Aussergewöhnliche Lage und Aussicht in historischem Schloss. Sehr ruhig.

Cons:

Kein Restaurantbesuch möglich. Wird bei der Buchung nicht darauf hingewiesen. Jovial wird auf Restaurants in der Umgebung von 10 - 20 Min. verwiesen. Gastfreundschaft😵‍💫😩

Der Service hat sich verschlechtert.
Pros:

Die neue Leitung hat uns durch ihr unprofessionelles Verhalten die Laune verdorben.
Das übrige Personal ist sehr jung und unerfahren.

Cons:

Zum Frühstück gibt es zwei Tassen Kaffee; ab der dritten muss man für jede weitere Tasse zahlen.
Die Restauranttips waren wertlos.

Une belle demeure mais pas du niveau d'un 4 étoiles sur les services
Pros:

Une très belle architecture avec une vue magnifique. L'espace piscine est également bien aménagé, vous y passerez un moment agréable. Le restaurant est très bon, surtout la tarte au chocolat à ne pas rater.

Cons:

Pas au niveau d'un 4 étoiles. Pas de café/thé dans la chambre, pas de peignoir, une douche sans pression. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas au niveau non plus et les boissons ne sont pas à volonté, il faut payer au-delà de 2. Le jacuzzi ne fonctionnait pas, sans avoir été prévenu, pourtant le prix payé a été le même. Et il faut payer si vous voulez changer votre serviette de piscine.

Pros:

Boven op de berg gelegen maar in de vallei heb je meer zicht op de autosnelweg dan op de wijngaarden. Kamers waren zeer ruim.

Cons:

Te afgelegen . Je kon zelfs niet drinken of eten op wandelafstand. Jacuzzi was buiten dienst. Ontbijt werd de eerste dag niet aangevuld. Dag 2 en 3 werd dit wel gedaan. Er is een bar aan het hotel maar zaten daar altijd alleen en je merkte dat ze dit niet gewoon waren maar ondanks dat werden we prima bediend.
