Viaggio nelle Langhe😍
Pros:

Location molto bella e suggestiva, immersa nelle verde e con vista spettacolare. Staff gentilissimo, colazione molto buona!

Cons:

Un piccolo appunto solo per i bagni piccoli delle camere ma è quella che ci è capitata!

Soggiorno di relax in un castello circondato da vigne, nocciole e montagne innevate.
Pros:

I tavoli della colazione sono ben disposti con una bella tovaglia bianca. C'è una ampia scelta di dolci e salati molto appetitosi. Le bevande calde vengono servite al tavolo.

Cons:

All'interno non si ritrova l'ambiente del castello. La ristrutturazione è stata troppo categorica anche se è molto elegante. Nella camera doppia mancava la macchinetta del cafè mentre era a disposizione nella camera tripla.

Non un soggiorno: un'esperienza stupenda
Pros:

Posizione ottima. Staff eccezionale, dalla prenotazione, accoglienza e gentilezza per ogni necessità a qualsiasi orario,dal mattino fino al dopo cena il cliente è coccolato. Hotel dotato, esternamente,di zona relax e di piscina, internamente di ampia zona bar dove rilassarsi ascoltando musica, leggendo un libro messo a disposizione dei clienti o guardando qualcosa nella zona TV e divano nella hall. Stanza ampia con una vista mozzafiato. Parcheggio di fronte all' ingresso dell'hotel e ristorante adiacente, sul retro,raggiungibile a due passi. Una nota di merito alla sala colazione, con ampia scelta dal dolce al salato, davvero l'imbarazzo della scelta, personale molto gentile e disponibile anche qui. Un posto dove ho lasciato un pezzetto di cuore.

Cons:

Per me, servizi impeccabili, non ho alcun appunto da fare.

Très bel hôtel, situé sur une colline, au calme. Belle piscine.
Personnel très sympathique et disponible.

La literie pourrait être plus confortable.

La camera che ho ricevuto e molto diversa da quella che ho prenotato nelle foto. La stessa cosa vale per la seconda camera che ho prenotato

Molto rumore perché le porte si sbattono non c’è pneumatico

Amazing location and views. Beautiful pool area. Good breakfast. Nice staff. Spacious bedrooms.

The rooms are not well sound insulated. We could hear people clearly chatting in the corridors and from the room above walking.
