Magnifico!
Pros:

Stupendo soggiorno! Il resort si trova sulla spiaggia di Chalok e a 10 minuti a piedi da Shark Bay, una della baie più belle dell’isola. Lo staff è sempre disponibile e il loro ristorante è super economico. La camera era esattamente come nelle foto, pulitissima e dotata di tutto il necessario, frigorifero compreso. Abbiamo anche prolungato il nostro soggiorno perché ci siamo trovati benissimo!

Je ne choisirais pas de nouveau cet hôtel pour y séjourner, on peut trouver des hôtel mieux placé et plus agréable à pro
Pros:

Le resort est bien selon les chambres attribuées car certaines donnent côté rue donc avec le bruit des scooters et des voitures qui passent et d autres côté jardin avec une belle vue verdoyante et au calme.

Cons:

L emplacement est à 25min en scooter de la walking street et la plage n est pas entretenue. Pas de transats et baignade pas idéal car pas de fond et il faut marcher loin pour se baigner.

Fair value but needs some updates
Pros:

It’s very well located and relatively cheap compared to elsewhere and for the location.

Cons:

My room had no where to store clothes, other than about 4 hangers. My clothes were all on the floor as a result and I saw multiple cockroaches in my room (obviously normal), but no nice when your clothes are lying on the floor. The bathroom didn’t feel clean.

Pros:

Уютное убранство внутренней территории. Доброжелательные сотрудники

Cons:

1. Самый главный минус — маленькое одеяло (на фото видно). Учитывая, что были две ночи, по разным причинам не попросил заменить.
2. Очень странный унитаз, который прежде чем смыть содержимое, наполняется водой, начинает вращать воду, но в итоге так и не смывает... (однако это было в моём бунгало, а у друзей, которые жили в трёхэтажном корпусе, не было такой проблемы).

Increíble estadía :)
Pros:

El hotel es un jardín tropical justo sobre el mar. El personal es muy amable y la locación fue perfecta para nosotros que queríamos escapar del ruido del centro. Si tienes una moto estás muy bien conectado con todo el resto de la isla, la playa no es la mejor pero tienes playas muy lindas muy cerca. Extrañaremos estar en Tropicana y la amabilidad de Mr. One que desde el primer hasta el último día de nuestra estadía fue muy atento con nosotros. Muchas gracias!

Upgrade for AC
Pros:

To be honest purely the location, if my room had AC it would’ve been definitely better but I literally got what I paid for.

Cons:

In April the heat is unbearable. Just spend the extra £20 and get an AC, there were no rooms available to upgrade but it was simply unbearable. There’s also no real windows so you hear everything all night & a few mosquitos can get into the room. The water stopped working randomly one day from 11 till 7ish and the water wasn’t cold either but you do get what you pay for! The location was stunning. No transfer available though so as a solo traveller you’re paying 400 baht minimum to go anywhere. Also only one towel & loo roll
