Sve je bilo jako lijepo hotel je u strogom centru i sve je blizu.Osoblje je izuzetno jako ljubazno sve je bilo super.

Dieses Hotel ist eine absolute Zumutung und sollte geschlossen werden.
Das Zimmer war in einem katastrophalen, widerlichen Zustand, genauso wie das gesamte Hotel.
Im Bett, unter dem Bett und im Teppich befanden sich Teppichkäfer und Bettwanzen. Das ist nicht nur ekelhaft, sondern gesundheitsgefährdend. So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt.
Das Schlimmste:
Es wurde mir KEIN Geld erstattet.
Stattdessen wurde mir frech ein anderes Zimmer angeboten, das im GLEICHEN widerlichen Zustand war.
Aufgrund des massiven Ekels konnte ich keine Minute mehr dort schlafen und habe das Hotel mitten in der Nacht verlassen.
Ich bin anschließend 10 Minuten zu Fuß in ein Mercure Hotel gegangen – für nur 20 € mehr, inklusive Frühstück.

Sauber, professionell, hochwertig
Frühstück: glatte 10/10
Der Unterschied war wie Müllkippe vs. Premiumhotel. Mercure ist weltweit bekannt – und genau so fühlt es sich auch an.
Dieses Hotel hier ist ekelhaft, unhygienisch und absolut nicht empfehlenswert.
Ich rate dringend jedem davon ab, hier auch nur eine Nacht zu buchen
