Pros:

Value for money, with such a big room with jacuzzi & city view. It is near the centre of Dotonbori & Nambi with lots of shops & restaurants.

Pros:

Fantastic location in the heart of Namba Osaka. 8 minute walk to Dotonbouri. Lots of food and shopping. Very busy area.

Cons:

The area is very busy so be ready for lots of people when exploring the city but great vibes

Great location. Spacious room. Disappointing bed and bedding.

Cons:

The bed was very uncomfortable. Very Large but quite firm base with a terrible under sheet which did not stay over a thin mattress protector which frankly was quite yellowed. Surprising considering the room was large and comfortable and had beautiful features.

Super room, amazing shower room, fantastic location, lovely staff, would strongly recommend it

Nothing, breakfast was good not outstanding, but this close to the action, you have a million other options.

I wouldn’t stay here again.
Pros:

Close to shops, eateries & train station. Large rooms and good room facilities such as bathtub, large shower and lounge due to being a LOVE hotel.

Cons:

We paid 10,000 YEN for late check out at 6pm. As we were strapping our child into the pram ready to walk out the door, the hotel called our room at 5:59pm scolding us that check out time is 6pm. I put the key cards in the CLEARLY LABELLED “Return key box” and was questioned upon leaving why I hadn’t handed the keys back.

Please BE AWARE this is a love hotel which isn’t clear upon booking. The TV had X rated movies and you can order adult items via room service which isn’t great for children staying in the hotel. There is no restriction for older children to access these via the TV remote. However, we didn’t feel or see anything seedy other than this.

Pros:

Great location and value for money. Excellent room size. Massage chair. Nice buffet breakfast.

Cons:

Tiny toilet room with bidet that needed to be replaced. Really hard bed. Breakfast hot food items weren’t kept very hot.
