Well positioned as a base to explore Osaka. Very spacious and comfortable room which also came with a massage chair. A quiet oasis to retreat to.
Great location and even though so close to street callers and vendors as well as being very busy you couldn’t hear any noise in the bedrooms. Very nice breakfast with mix of Japanese and western foods.
We liked everything but would have like possibly cereal/granola and yogurt for breakfast and fresh fruit.
Dichtbij metro en trein. Alles is makkelijk bereikbaar.

Big room with lot of facilities, like spa, massage chair, big bed, panoramic views from the room. (although just buildings around). right in the middle of street shopping area. Free limited car parking

Free parking was great considering it was central Osaka and walking distance to Nanba and Dottonbori. Room was older but spacious and clean, the massage chair was great

Ontbijt was voor zo'n groot hotel erg slecht. Niets wordt aangevuld als het op is (halverwege de ontbijtperiode). Geen jam, vleeswaren of kaas voor brood. Verder zeer weinig piekken voor gasten in zijn groot hotel voor ontbijt (circa 20 personen max mogelijk tegelijk).
Personeel is behulpzaam maar praktisch geen beheersing van de Engelse taal.
Voor zo'n grote kamer niet eens 1 plek om kleding op te ruimen, behalve 4 kledinghangers.
In onze kamer was de airco goedwerkend maar zeer onhygiënisch (vol met schimmel aanslag)
