Pros:

Struttura accogliente, pulita con ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Personale molto accogliente e disponibile, presenza di ombrelloni, sdraio e teli mare. Tutto incluso. Tante attività da poter svolgere nelle vicinanze, posto auto disponibile liberamente, vicinissimo al centro.
Presente anche una sala hamman a pagamento.

Pros:

Общее впечатление хорошее. Мне и моему мужу понравилось отдыхать здесь. Отель красивый и чистый. Мне понравился пляж. Лежаков всегда хватало, но до пляжа мин. 10 ходьбы (вход через отель ugur otel beach). Хороший персонал, еда (для меня она была вкусная, я всегда находила что поесть), очень вкусная пахлава, арбуз три раза в день (люблю его), алкоголь весь включён в стоимость (виски, джин, вино, пиво). Бассейном я не пользовалась, так как было море. Но я не видела, чтобы в нём купались. Наверное бассейн только для красоты (он не большой). Комната обычная, как на фотографиях.

Cons:

1. Живая музыка только по воскресеньям раз в неделю с 20.00-22.20. Больше никакой анимации. Я считаю, что это мало и скучно.
2. За 17 дней два раза не было горячей воды, это довольно холодно.
3. Если уходишь из номера и забираешь ключ-карту, обесточивается вся комната (т.е.. кондиционер и холодильник тоже не работает)
4. Громкая музыка с соседнего отеля (Dedeman) иногда до 12 часов ночи каждый день. Я думаю, что можно было попросить поменять номер и если б были свободные на другой стороне отеля то нам бы поменяли. Мы не просили.

В первую очередь хочется отметить персонал, заботливые и внимательные к своим гостям, большинство.


Еда вкусная, но через неделю надоедает однообразие, мы были две, многовато для этого отеля

Cons:

уборка номеров 4 из 5, иногда волосы в ванной оставались не тронуты
И просьба о детской кроватке осталась проигнорированной до приезда , на месте предлагали переехать в другой номер где она тоже впринципе бы не влезла, в итоге мы с малышом спали на двуспальной, а муж отдельно на однушке

пляж свой далековат и закрывается в 21.00

Budget hotel
Pros:

It has a lovely swimming pool. The room is basic, but ok. Replacement towels provided.

Cons:

Music too loud, broken facilities, pool cue /pool table. Juices and coffee from machines very low quality. People were given our room number on arrival in the early hours. No apology from the hotel or gesture given. Safe not working and it was reported but nothing was done. The food was tasty but not much variety.

Pros:

Небольшой отель по системе "все включено", отсутствие большого количества туристов, питание среднее. Понравился бассейн, шезлонгов всегда хватало свободных. Номер чистый, неушатанный.

Cons:

Номер дали маленький, было тесновато. Кухня средняя, выбора особо не было.

Resepsiyon Ergül hanıma yardımı desteği sıcak yaklaşımı için teşekkür. Otelin tum personeli cok ilgiliydi. Guzel bir tatil yaptik.

Загалом відпочинком я задоволена, за свою ціну хороший варіант , є пляж за я 7 хв від готелю . Якщо хочете високої якост

Завжди привітний , гарний персонал

Cons:

Кімнати потребують косметичного ремонту . Вибір їжі не великий , та в деяких моментах були надані не свіжі та найдешевші продукти , вибору коктейлів нажаль не було . На 4 зірки готель не тягне але на три зірки - цілком .

Уважайте отдыхающих, если и разбавлять алкоголь то хоть не так заметно.
Pros:

Отдыхаем второй раз, поэтому и вернулись сюда.

Cons:

Испортилась кухня и очень разбавленный алкоголь, наливают уже из распечатанных бутылок. Пиво более менее, его еще пить можно. Соков не было, один только ананасовый и то за три дня ничего не изменилось.
