Pros:

Poolen på taket o läget

Cons:

Bara fint i entrén, rummen slitna, mögel i duschen. Omklädningsrummet uppe vid poolen va under all kritik! Riktigt dåligt/äckligt att behöva duscha där eftersom vårt flyg gick så sent och vi inte kunde få den utcheckning .

Very Dirty Toilette and the Towels with stains should be changed!! Not at all like in the Pictures. Waste of money would not recommend. Staff is nice.

When we arraived on first day we were given a small room which isnt clean .towls are so dirty .upon request next day our room was changed.but shower area drain was blocked and shower isnt fully working.i informed about it but it wasnt fixed until we leave.

Staff were very helpful, but the place needs more care
Pros:

The staff were always accommodating to our needs even though the place could be better in other ways. They were also accommodating to late checkout for one of our rooms cause the flight was late tjat day. Thanks for their services.

Cons:

The place wasn’t very clean, and we had to ask for our bedsheets to be changed as soon as we arrived (to their credit, this was done quickly). Some amenities were dirty, like the ironing board and iron, and others didn’t match what was shown in the bathroom photos. The hotel room pictures seem to have been taken when the hotel was brand new; now, the condition doesn’t reflect them at all.

Worst stay ever!
Pros:

They had nothing and it was my worst stay ever... I don't recommend ruining your holidays at this place

Cons:

do not mess your holiday with this place.... I wish I never booked this property, we saw good and clean photos, we booked a high floor room with good view, we went there with our heavy backpacks, they checked us in with an hour delay, and first they gave us a room at 3rd floor not a high floor room and it was a dark room with a messy view of a destroyed building, we complained to reception they were not helpful and they were just telling sorry! then we said its like you are promoting a mercedes but you sell a tuk tuk...then they changed the room to 6th floor but it was same view and the room was not so clean, bed sheets were full of stains and hairs with pillows having some bad smell...

the breakfast was not consistent and at some days the kitchen even not providing simple things even, they apear like a quality hotel but basically value of the place is like a very local homestay but charging you as a high-end facility.
