Staff are very helpful and friendly.

Location is perfect for access to west end of London.

Was originally put in a room that was a sweatbox. Thankfully staff moved us to a better room. But unfortunately we had to check out a day early with no refund as new room was booked for last night.
Visited to attend a concert at Eventim Apollo 15 mins walk away. Lovely staff. Clean compact room with everything I needed. Visited on a warm Tuesday but my first floor room was bearable (hotel doesnt have AC), and a fan was provided. Room overlooked main road which was noisy but by night this became a background drone which didn't disturb me. Bathroom was very clean but snug, and some would find it a tight squeeze, shower was good.
Unfortunately internal sound proofing not as efficient as secondary glazing and coupled with inconsiderate guests meant a poor nights sleep.
Would stay again so long as i had earplugs with me.
Staff were friendly and welcoming.Room clean and did the job fone for what we needed it for. So very glad it was on suite.. and thank you so much for the open windows amd a fan.
Bit cramped for 3 beds ..and 2 oversized/1 normal sized adults.. but would have been fine for 2 adults and a child.
No usable wardrobe... but we managed.

The accommodation was spotlessly clean throughout. The staff were extremely friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Although the room was small it had everything needed for a comfortable few nights. There were tea/coffee making facilities in the room and a vending machine in the lobby for snacks and cold drinks. We stayed during very hot weather so the very efficient desk fan was great. The hotel itself is conveniently situated for public transport.

Staff were helpful and great location with good cafes close by.. Clean and comfortable.
There was no common sitting area. The single rooms are very small.
