Lovely staff, great location and good value for money.
Pros:

Close to Hammersmith tube station, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable

Cons:

The rooms were quite warm but there was a fan provided so may have just been because of the heatwave

I am not sure why this place gets such good reviews. Needs updated information and new beds.
Pros:

the location is good. near transport and restaurants, etc 1 small fan was provided, no AC as listed.

Cons:

The bed was terrible with big dents.. We turned it around and was slightly better. We were put in a room right next to the door and the street. You couldn't really open the curtains or windows because of noise and a lot of sirens. Only 1 small towel was provided per person- no hand or face towel. The shower door didn't close all the way so water got on the floor. The listing on the search site says AC and breakfast. There were neither. WE would not have selected this place if we had known. Please update your information.

Good value hotel in great location for transport links
Pros:

Great location with a fabulous deli coffee shop directly opposite. Very clean, nice bathroom although the water pressure in the shower wasn’t great. Provided basic toiletries and very fluffy towels. Tea/coffee making facilities too. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Option for late self check in.

Cons:

No air conditioning but provided with two fans. Room was a bit small.

Grande chambre pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants avec salle de bain et nécessaire pour boissons chaudes (café / thé). Situé a Hammersmith, proche du métro pour rejoindre le centre.

Cons:

Bon rapport qualité prix, le personnel est agréable, chouette quartier
Pros:

Le quartier avec ses bier garden et la Tamise non loin, une super boulangerie à côté pour le petit déjeuner, les lits confortables, le personnel très gentil.

Cons:

Il ne manque qu'une cafetière.
