Wonderfully friendly hotel!
Pros:

The staff were exceptional! Everyone was so friendly, welcoming and helpful. The location was wonderful too.

Cons:

The bathrooms could do with being updated but we’re perfectly functional.

La colazione era buona, anche la cena. La reception molto disponibile.

Cons:

Il buffet di solo verdure a cena per me che non le mangio....avrei messo a disposizione anche un angolo diverso. Le pulizie in camera .....molto blande. Aspirazione bagni ciechi non funzionanti e prezzi delle bevande non dichiarati. Da controllare il conto alla fine perché mi sono state messe in piu bevande non consumate, ma colpa mia che ho controllato dopo essere andato via l'estratto.

Great location, easy access to town front, beaches and ferry port
Pros:

Great location. Lovely, welcoming, helpful staff and great breakfast. Nice to have outdoor hot tubs and a cold pool. The indoor thermal pool was a real treat. The hotel is perfectly situated to explore the rest of the island: just jump on a bus at the bottom of the hill.

The air con in our room wasn't great, but it's a minor thing

Hotel, z którego właściwie nie chce się wychodzić
Pros:

To był bardzo udany pobyt. Ogromnym atutem hotelu jest lokalizacja – z portu w Casamicciola można bez problemu dojść pieszo w kilka minut. W okolicy znajduje się wiele restauracji i sklepików, jednak na lunch polecam restaurację hotelową na tarasie. Ceny są porównywalne z tymi w mieście, a jedzenie było naprawdę wyśmienite.
Taras z basenem i dwoma jacuzzi stał się naszym ulubionym miejscem. Leżaków jest wystarczająco dużo, więc nie trzeba ich rezerwować o świcie. Choć strefa basenowa jest na tyle komfortowa, że można spędzić tam cały dzień, szkoda byłoby nie odwiedzić pobliskich plaż. Każda z nich ma swój urok, a kąpiel w ciepłym Morzu Tyrreńskim jest obowiązkowym punktem pobytu na Ischii.
Jedynym minusem jest obowiązek noszenia czepków w basenie, choć bez problemu można je kupić lub wypożyczyć w recepcji.
Bardzo miło zaskoczyły nas wieczory organizowane przez hotel. Trafiliśmy na elegancki wieczór z muzyką na żywo i lampką szampana na tarasie – była to wyjątkowa atmosfera, zupełnie inna niż typowe hotelowe animacje.
Na szczególne uznanie zasługuje restauracja. Kolacje serwowane są w ciekawej formule – bogaty bufet z przystawkami oraz wybór przystawki, dania głównego i deseru z karty. Wszystko było bardzo smaczne. Kelnerzy byli niezwykle eleganccy, profesjonalni i doskonale zorganizowani. Z podziwem patrzyliśmy, z jaką sprawnością obsługiwali pełną salę. Miłym akcentem były również przygotowywane przez obsługę niespodzianki z okazji urodzin gości – widać, że naprawdę zależy im na stworzeniu wyjątkowej atmosfery.
To hotel, do którego z przyjemnością wrócilibyśmy podczas kolejnej wizyty na Ischii.
