Giornate di relax e di bellezza che rigenerano anche le anime più tormente (come la mia)
Pros:

La cortesia del personale, gentili e sorridenti, sempre pronti a rendere più comodo ogni momento. La pulizia della camera, più in generale della struttura, davvero ottimo servizio. Il cibo: semplice ma di buona qualità.

Cons:

il tragitto dalle fermate dei mezzi all'albergo, in salita e senza un percorso pedonale appropriato. Vero che i mezzi non vanno fortissimo, ma il rischio c'è. La "pecca" non è dell'albergo, ma il cliente vive il tragitto con una certa ansia e se ha difficoltà di mobilità deve per forza prendere un taxi. La struttura alberghiera insieme al Comune dovrebbero provvedere a mettere in sicurezza.

Overall an OK stay, but facilities and rooms are old.
Pros:

The location was great - just a quick 3 minute uphill walk from the little piazzale next to Casamicciola port.
The staff was helpful and accommodating.

Cons:

The facility: it is advertised as a 4 star hotel, but not really sure if this was certified in the 1990s... the standard room is small and equipped with old furniture.
The rest of the hotel is not too different, old, but however, clean.

We had high expectations for the breakfast, but did not like it at all. The savory selections were poor and we had the same exact choices everyday for 4 days in a row.

Bra hotel, bra frokost, fin utsikt, litt trange rom til 2stk kofferter, veldig harde senger, ingen overmadrasser, kun en heis på hotellet som var veldig treig, måtte ofte benytte trappene, kirkeklokka i byen ligger veldig nært hotellet som ringer hver halvtime og ofte på nattestid, våknet ofte kl 03 på natta av bjellene.

Pros:

La posizione fantastica e la vista panoramica. Ottima e varia la colazione. Staff gentilissimo ci ha fornito utilissime indicazioni per visitare l'isola.

Cons:

La cena alcune sere non ci è piaciuta e il buffet delle verdure ripetitivo. Belle le 2 serate di gala sulla terrazza panoramica anche se la serata "pizza" un po misera: solo un trancio a testa di 3 tipologie di pizze; praticamente tre quarti di pizza a testa. Il costo del "vino sfuso" nella caraffe esagerato: 6 euro per una caraffa da un quarto di vino e 8 per quella da mezzo litro. Le bevande potrebbero essere incluse nel prezzo se alla spina.

I’d like to start this review by saying that we were truly impressed by the island itself – its incredible atmosphere, the friendliness and openness of the people, the enchanting nature. It honestly felt like we were in a movie!
As for the hotel – we loved absolutely everything. We booked half board, and every evening we were served different dishes – all delicious and with generous portions.
The staff were simply amazing. After two weeks of vacation, we truly didn’t want to leave.
We were also really lucky with the lady who cleaned our room – she was absolutely in love with our dog, and the feeling was mutual :)
Since the hotel is small, it felt like all the guests and staff were part of one big family. Everyone was very kind and welcoming, and the overall crowd was just wonderful.
The hotel’s location is fantastic, with stunning views.
There were a few minor drawbacks, such as slightly outdated bathroom fixtures (like the shower faucet, for example), but I believe these things will be updated over time – and honestly, they were barely noticeable compared to the overall atmosphere and service at the hotel.
We’d be more than happy to return!

Personale squisito, educato gentilissimo, sempre pronto ad aiutare il cliente. Ottima struttura ove e' possibile soggiornare e passare ottime vacanze. Cucina tipica ischitana di valore, strutture piacevoli e molto pulite. Se propio bisogna cercare un ago nel pagliaio , seppur voto ottimo alla struttura bisognerebbe migliorare la colazione gia' molto buona. Per il resto pulizia eccellente, personale che chiamare prezioso e' riduttivo struttura accogliente e super in un luogo da favola

Good views, very helpful staff. Simon behind the desk was exceptional! Breakfast was ok.

Cons:

Wi-Fi was ok but not really strong, the area is a little quiet but good transport links to busier areas. AC wasn’t very strong either.

Pros:

Första bemötandet efter den långa uppförsbacken var med Simone som var otroligt trevlig och serviceminded!! Han var alltid villig att svara på frågor och tipsa om sevärdheter på ön.

Hotellet ligger upp på en kulle vilket ger den en fantastiskt vacker vy och bjuder även på en del motion.

Rummet var fräscht men saknade fungerande AC.

Är du lättväckt kommer du inte vara så glad över kyrkklockorna som plingar varje kvart!

Överlag en väldigt trevlig vistelse.

Pros:

Terrible service , especially by restaurant manager Dzhuzeppe. He tried to overcharge us for dinner and guests did not like him because of his hospitality style. Not friendly, no coffee maker in the room, terrible breakfast, same menu daily. Terrible plastic cups, the cheapest possible plastic.
