Le rapport qualité prix

Nous avons été surclassé dans la suite présidentielle de plus de 100m2, le séjour ne pouvait donc qu’être parfait.

Overall, it was a nice experience and we would gladly stay here again.
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff provided exceptional service from check-in to departure and made us feel very welcome. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the dinner at their restaurant was excellent. The location was very convenient, right in the middle of the downtown area with many restaurants and shops nearby.

Das beste Hotel in Swacop für mindestens drei Tage!
Pros:

Das Hansa Hotel ist für mich immer erste Wahl in Swacop! Wir waren schon das dritte Mal hier und werden auch gerne wiederkommen. Alles stimmt von der Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter, die Bar, das Restaurant und die gesamte Ausstattung im Hotel ist einfach einmalig. Ein Kleinod in Namibia!

Eine schöne Erfahrung und eine gute Adresse in der Stadt.
Pros:

Das alte Hotel in kolonialen Still hat eine gewisse Charme. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und bequem.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung und Dekor sind ein bißchen alt geworden. Das Restaurant war leider nicht so gut wie angepriesen.

Pros:

Our stay at the Hansa Hotel was a true example of old-school hotel excellence. The service was exceptional from start to finish, with staff who genuinely made you feel welcome. The Crêpes Suzette, flambéed tableside, was both delicious and a memorable experience not to be missed, as was the colonial coffee, also prepared flambé-style at the table.

The porters were always on hand to assist my elderly parents, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. Our garden-facing downstairs room was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and quiet — the perfect base for exploring Swakopmund.

Confortable et bien placé
Pros:

Chambre confortable, calme et bien équipée donnant sur un jardin intérieur. Bon petit déjeuner et personnel accueillant et efficace.
La décoration donne l’impression de se retrouver dans les années soixante, avec des photos historiques intéressantes.

Super nice and friendly personnel, taking issues very seriously and taking appropriate measures with no wait, we very much appreciated it and thus felt very welcome and would come back any time.

Cons:

Nothing comes to my mind, given the isolated nature of Namibia itself, there may not be all the luxury amenities available you'd expect in other places, but definitely by far the best stay in Namibia I've had!

The lovely old-worldly hotel, lovely staff, good accomodation, fantastic service and an overall wonderfull experience. It was a dream from childhood days, to stay in this hotel and at the age og 60, I finally got the chance. Thank you! I would like to come back every year!

Characterful, comfortable hotel
Pros:

The hotel has retained its old character both in style and interior decor. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is very good. Good central location. The bar and dining room are attractive.

Cons:

Most of the staff were friendly but one or two were purely functional and didn’t look at me when interacting.
