une seule chose: j avais demande un check in plus tot car j arrivais en matinee; helas la chambre n etait prete qu a l heure prevu .Mais cela valait vraiment le coup d attendre car sans le demander j ai beneficie d une vue sur al haram

الغرفة مريحة وفيها كل التسهيلات والامكانيات لكنها صغيرة بعض الشئ 11 متر ولكن فيها مكان للصلاة لفرد
الحمامات نظيفة .. خدمة الغرف ممتازة طول اليوم ومتابعه واي شئ ينقص بالغرفة بتتطلبه ييجي فورا .. الادارة ممتازة في الحالات الطارئة والتعاون مع النزلاء وبشاشة الوجه واستاذ نايف جزاه الله كل خير واستاذ طارق لا يتاخروا ابدا .. بوفيه الافطار متنوع ونظيف قريبة من الحرم مباشرة امام باب 338 دخول النساء باب 25 تقبل الله منكم وجزاكم كل خير

I wish I had booked a different hotel

The room was clean, bathroom was good, staff was polite and helpful

Cons:

Very tiny room, extremely small with a disgusting smell of an airfreshner coming through A.C, I left windows open in thaat extreme heat to get rid of that stench. Breakfast was rubbish, very limited options, not suitable for international guests. Upon arrival the reception staff told me that I haven't paid in advance, which I thought I did, but I paid again. And then they asked me to see the room and if I don't like it I can go elsewhere. Which is so bizarre, I mean after a 7 hours lo g journey, they expected me to find a new hotel if I didn't like the room. Not pleased, I won't recommend and I ll never stay their again
