I would like to specially appreciate the staff members Mr. Turqi, Mr. Mazen, and Mr. Aseel, as well as the room boy, Mr. Mustakim. Everyone was extremely helpful and made our check-in and check-out process very smooth and comfortable.

Their good nature, excellent communication, and welcoming attitude really made our stay pleasant. Overall, I am 100% satisfied with the service and hospitality provided by the entire team.

الفندق مباشرة عند الحرم النبوي قريب من أبواب السيدات والرجال.. والغرف جميلة ماشاء الله أكثر من مرة نروح نفس الفندق .. في المطعم واحد اسمه زاهد ماشاء الله عليه ممتاز ومقابلتة ممتازة و خلوق
وكذلك العاملين بالمطعم والفندق جميعاً
حتي الموظفين في الاستقبال جدا متعاونين حبينا نغير الغرفة غيروها وريحونا اخر راحة الله يجزاهم خير ..
الغرف نظيفة وجميلة والخدمة ممتازة وبإذن الله نكررها دائماً هناك

Top locatie maar het hotel is oud en hygiëne is niet optimaal.

De locatie was perfect, heel dichtbij de Moskee van de Profeet, winkels en restaurants in de buurt.

Cons:

De hygiëne en de staat van het hotel. De badkamer is zeer smerig en het hotel is oud. Misschien tijd voor renovatie.
