Pros:

I booked my hotel with breakfast, but the property charged my crew 12.99 each for breakfast. They made them wait 2 hours in the lobby before giving them the room. They wanted some updates, which I made online at booking.com instead of logging in to booking.com and checking the update they were waiting for. They are waiting for this to sync with their system. We worked for 9 hours in this heat and had to wait forever before getting the room.

Cons:

After spending $1100, you expect better service then motel, but this was way worst then motel

Never again.
Pros:

The breakfast was good, but with more staff it could have been really great. We ran out of coffee every morning, and waited for the refill, which we knew was coming, but it was just one person working. She was really hustling.

Cons:

Our room had a terrible odor of mildew.
The yard guys came so early and woke us up.
Fire alarm at 7 in the morning was jolting. Glad it works, and glad it was a false alarm, but hotels are supposed to be a place of rest, which we did not get after 7 in the morning on either of our two mornings there, both of which were after late evenings.

Would not stay!
My kids and I were staying for a soccer tournament. Chose this hotel because it had an indoor pool for the kids. Checked in and ask about the pool and was told it was closed for renovations. Nothing was posted before booking. As soon as we got to the room, I checked everything over. The toilet had what I’m guessing was cleaning acid all over seat (still wet) I wiped it up and it took paint/coat off the seat. Tried to flush and toilet wouldn’t flush. Tried 5 or 6 times to no avail. Went and told the front desk and they said they had no other rooms available and maintenance could maybe get there the next day (Saturday). We had to have a working toilet so we decided to check out right after we had checked in and stay somewhere else. Tried to get a refund and it was denied.
Workers weren’t rude but their toilet not working was apparently our problem.
Would highly recommend looking elsewhere when choosing a place to stay, or risk eating $165 for a room you didn’t use…
