Staff was great but sadly the negatives outweigh the positives on this one.

Cons:

AC locked at 77 F or 25 C. If you opened the two sets of doors on the balcony to let in cold air, you just heard the trains that are literally a stone’s throw away. Walls are so thin we heard everything in the other rooms. Bed was hard and reminded us of dorm room mattresses from college.

A very clean and spotless spacious room with a lovely shower and toilet area and the bed was so comfortable and room temperature was perfect.for our two night stay in Florence

Cons:

There was nothing I disliked as outside noise was at a minimum and even close to the train line it wasn’t a problem also a fantastic view across to the big wheel with light displays at night

L’insonorizzazione rispetto all’esterno è ottima mentre tra una stanza e l’altra pessima. Abbiamo sentito per tutta la notte la coppia della stanza accanto parlare (gridare), ridere, tossire ecc.
