Cons:

Próximo não tem excelentes restaurantes, ou pouca divulgação; porém encontramos uma pizzaria muito top próximo ; mas foi no final de nossa estadia.

poca attenzione al cliente... capisco tutto ma 3 atleti (partecipanti alla maratona di Firenze)che volevano mangiare alle 6.30 6.45..m negato(ci hanno fatto dei sacchetti da asporto con 2 stupidate).
check out ritardato per consentirci di fare una doccia...negato...
inutile dire che il prossimo anno ci rivolgeremo presso altre strutture... Visto l affluenza e l evento annuale sarabbe stato consona una migliore accoglienza.

Camere pulitissime, spaziose, luminose e molto accoglienti. Materassi e guanciali davvero comodissimi, che garantiscono un ottimo riposo. Anche il bagno è grande e funzionale, con una doccia molto confortevole.

Il personale è impeccabile: gentile, attento e sempre disponibile. La colazione è abbastanza buona e abbondante; migliorerei soltanto la qualità delle torte e dei cornetti, ma la sala è accogliente e ben organizzata.

La posizione è perfetta: vicino alle principali attrazioni e comodissima per raggiungere la stazione.

Nel complesso, un soggiorno estremamente piacevole. Consigliato!
