Čarobno iskustvo koje treba ponoviti!
Pros:

Osjećaš se posebno cim uđeš u hotel. Predivan ambijent, ljubazno osoblje, svaki detalj u hotelu je točno onakav kakav treba biti da se osjećaš opušteno i da se želiš opet vratiti, a vraćamo se sigurno!!!! Predivan!!!

We had an excellent stay at this beautiful luxury hotel. The location is simply perfect, making it easy to fully enjoy the surroundings. A real highlight is the secure parking with spacious spots, perfectly suited for a 4x4, which is greatly appreciated.

The service was impeccable from start to finish, with a professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming team. The spa access was also a wonderful experience — a true moment of relaxation in an elegant setting.

A special thank you to Dragana and Enrico for their kindness, professionalism, and outstanding service throughout our stay. We also truly appreciated the thoughtful farewell gift, which made our departure even more memorable.

We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return.

Daleko od luksuza
Pros:

Lokacija odlična. Doručak izvanredan. Osoblje super, osim gospođe koja nas je dočekala na recepciji prilikom prijave u hotel.

Cons:

Smještaj je bio rezerviran 3 mjeseca prije, naravno za dvije osobe kako je i pisalo u rezervaciji no prilikom prijave na recepciji nas je dočekalo neugodno iznenađenje. Gospođa nas je uvjeravala kako imamo plaćen smještaj samo za jednu osobu i kako ćemo morati nadoplatiti razliku jer tako njoj piše u sustavu. Kad sam joj rekla da imam potvrdu na kojoj piše 2 odrasle osobe rekla je na podrugljiv način da njihov smještaj nikad nije tako jeftin i da ćemo svakako morati nadoplatiti. Kada sam joj pokazala potvrdu s Bookinga rekla je da će morati provjeriti s menadžmentom, a kad sam rekla da ću osobno kontaktirati Booking ista je bezobrazno odgovorila kako to može i sama napraviti. Naravno, za očekivati je da sama to napravi i provjeri sve informacije prije nego li na tako bezobrazan način stupi u komunikaciju sa svojim gostima. Napominjem da sam se vratila u ovaj hotel zbog iznimno ljubaznog osoblja i dobre hrane pa me ovakav doček izuzetno razočarao. Rekla nam je da će se povratno javiti kad sazna što se dogodilo, ali naravno da nije. Rečeno nam je da možemo dobiti piće dobrodošlice kad god želimo, rekli smo da ćemo nakon što se smjestimo u sobu i dođemo na večeru, ali ga nismo dobili. Prošli smo više puta kraj gospođe koja je religiozno gledala u kompjuter i pravila se da nas ne vidi. Vrhunac svega je bio kad nas je dan nakon, u petak navečer (18h) kontaktirala na broj sobe i rekla kako majstor mora doći izmjeriti ormar. Također, očigledno je da hotelu treba renovacija, u sauni ima algi, ulaz u bazen je nestabilan, bazen hladan i nečist. Razumijem da se nakupi lišća, ali na dnu su bile i druge stvari. Isto tako, tijekom boravka smo u jednom trenu slušali bušenje. Ponavljam, neminovno je da hotelu treba adaptacija, ali nikako dok su gosti prisutni.

Pros:

Az esős időjárás ellenére is tökéletes programot nyújtott a hotel. A szoba és a kilátás a tengerre páratlan élményt nyújtott. A reggeli választék pazar volt, a személyzet maximálisan udvarias. Az edzőterem, wellness jól felszerelt.
