Pros:

Bon accueil, gentillesse de l'hôte d'accueil et bienveillance. J'ai eu un appartement avec deux chambres, cetait bien grand, bien équipé, un balcon avec une belle vue sur la piscine et la plage

Cons:

Je pensais que c'était un 4 étoiles mais j'ai bien vu que non c'est un 3 étoiles. Je suis déçue booking ! La chambre n'était pas très propre (vaisselle, micro-ondes, sol et salle d'eau)
Il y a beaucoup de moustiques et des petites fourmies. Trop cher pour ce que c'est !
Super bien situé (plage en face, beaucoup de commerces, il y aune piscine dans l'hôtel)
Je trouve que c'est un peux cher pour les services proposés.

Dejlig familieferie da problemer med badeværelse ikke skulle ødelægge den generelle oplevelse

Placering. Indretning af lejlighed.

Cons:

Vi havde orme (parasitter), der kom ud mellem fliser i badeværelset. 4-5 cm lange røde orme. Vi så det 1. gang dagen efter vi ankom. Vi blev lovet huller blev lukket og det skete ikke selv om vi klagede daglig, da de blev ved med at dukke op. Også efter ekstra rengøring flere gange. Et nyt værelse var ikke en mulighed for os da vi var 3 familier der havde booket værelse i stueetagen for 11 måneder siden. Ærgerligt da det kunne have været løst med en tekniker der havde brugt max 1 time på at lukke hullerne i fugerne. I stedet blev vi lovet og lovet og på intet tidspunkt kom en manager og så på problemet, så vi følte faktisk vi var lidt besværlige. Ærgerligt da alt andet på hotellet fungerede fint.

Fabulous location and great accommodation - we’ll be back
Pros:

Immaculately clean, great location, right next to the beach and lots of restaurants. Lovely warm shower. Didn’t feel too busy or overcrowded and very quiet. Slept very well on the comfy beds. Would definitely return. Great little snack bar by the pool too.

Pros:

Rooms are very spacious and really clean too..well maintained during the week. Good facilities for cooking if you want to..
The rooms have fantastic views out onto the beach and marina from a very spacious balcony..
Special shout out to Ani on the desk who was so helpful for organising things and helping us out..

Love this hotel and would highly recommend it.
Pros:

We have visited here regularly for many years and I would always recommend this hotel for all its location, amazing room facilities and cleanliness.

Cons:

There is a little issue with not using the pool until 10am and not being able to save a bed next to you for your family / friends if they are not down at the same time together. I respect that it’s not appropriate to save a bed if not being used all day, but everyone gets up at different times and family and friends do like to spend their days together.

Pros:

Was aware of this hotel from previous stays in Puerto Rico. Recently refurbished to a very high standard. It's stunning. Overlooking the beach. Great for those with mobility issues cross the road is the, beach. No steps. Great pool bar. Amazing cocktails and food. All staff amazing from reception, cleaners. They could not do more for you. Would highly recommend here.
