I always like a Hampton Inn. Comfortable, clean, quiet, and they are very good breakfast.

I paid for a room with a jetted tub, and ultimately was told they don’t have rooms with jetted tubs here. But i was still charged the price of a room with said tub!

Even though we were by a busy road, it was quiet.

I agree miscommunication with staff. Others, have posted this also. One staff says this and another says that. Absolutely, not a hotel I would ever give a good rating. Like others say go to another hotel. I am glad I cancelled and went elsewhere and saved money. This hotel has to improve and I am a hiltons honors guest.

I booked rooms through guest reservations for two nights and when we arrived we did not have any rooms available and found out that our rooms had been given to another customer. I was able to get additional rooms at my own expense. After months of trying to recover booking costs from booking agent and motel I ended up having to accept the loss of my reservation fees of $1571.00 because we were listed as a no show. I would not recommend staying at this motel!!

I arrived late and they got me quickly checked in. Great service. My room was huge and very clean.

This is an exceptional place. They truly made me feel at home and welcome. The motel is very nice and well kept. It’s spotless. It’s large, three stories. It’s right on the highway, easy on and off. Gas stations all around. It’s close to everything, food, stores, river path. Breakfast was great. They actually had a few healthy choices. They were welcoming to my dog and there is a bag station. There’s also a field next door. Parking lot is small but seems to be adequate. It’s a great place to stay and I hope to come back again.

Hotel was clean and fresh. Given its location I was a little worried that it wouldn’t be a great place to stay, but it really was as good as any other Hampton Inn I have stayed in any where else. Check-in went smoothly, but overall the staff was sort of disorganized. We asked for late checkout and then had two different staff members asking us if we were checking out. Overall, I would be happy to stay here again.

Conveniently located near gas stations and fast food. Lobby was very nice as well as the staff. Breakfast was amazing (has plenty of options for picky eaters which I love). The room was nice, however the shower was dirty. The bed and everything else in the room and amenities were great, but the shower floor had some staining and what I believe to be mold in/around the caulking.

Pet friendly is always a plus.
