difficult to reach by public transport, however, the staff provided personal transport services at reasonable prices and so we were accommodated just as well.

Sehr freundliche junge Dame an der Rezeption, sehr gutes Frühstück in Buffetform mit selbstgemachtem Gebäck und Granita, auch mit Salzigem. Parkplatz in der Anlage, Tor wurde nachts geschlossen. Hübsche Anlage mit 3 Pools, einer nur für die Hotelgäste.
Alles war in Ordnung, die Anfahrt - enge, schmale Straßen- war etwas mühsam, aber das hat mit dem Hotel nichts zu tun.

The pools were good but the water was quite chilly. We also found a few ants in our room.
Lovely place, lovely people. I have to especially mention the best sauna - well, outside Finland - I’ve ever visited. Genuine Harvia wood burning stove and a view to Etna - nice! Only tiny details reveal that you are not in Finland (I mean addition to the aformentioned Etna view :D).
There was a beautiful and playful kitten called Tanos that we wanted to take with us, but they refused to sell it to us, because the owner’s grandchild was were attached to him :D.
