Perfect for those seeking a central location and a dependable host!
Pros:

I had an absolutely fantastic stay! Diego is an incredible host! He was responsive to all my messages in English and Spanish and provided a wealth of informative tips that made the trip seamless. The location is unbeatable as it’s perfectly central and very safe, allowing for a quick walk to the vibrant Playa nightlife, the beautiful beach, and a variety of amazing local restaurants. Highly recommended for anyone looking to be in the heart of the action while having a reliable host to guide the way!

Be aware to pay more!!!

Cons:

Be aware, if you don’t have a Mexican bank account, you have to pay by credit card and you‘ll pay way more than you expect! When I finalised the booking via booking, it said it’ll cost 31€, in the end I paid 41€. No one tells you before!!!

Pros:

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Diego et Giuliano. L’accueil était vraiment chaleureux et tout a été très simple dès notre arrivée. Il est possible de stationner la voiture juste devant le logement, ce qui est très pratique. L’emplacement est idéal : tout peut se faire à pied, avec les commerces et restaurants à proximité.

Suite à un changement de programme nous avons dû prolonger notre séjour de deux nuits. Diego s’est montré très arrangeant et nous a loué une autre chambre. Nous avons donc séjourné 4 nuits au total, dans deux chambres différentes.

Les logements sont très propres, la literie est confortable et la terrasse est vraiment appréciable.

Nous recommandons sans hésiter ! ⭐

La chambre et douche spacieuses et propres.
Emplacement calme

Cons:

Attention ce logement n'est pas un hôtel mais une sorte de Airbnb. Le propriétaire demande à ce que le paiement s'effectué dans une tienda ou sur un site internet prenant 9% de frais. Le propriétaire ne délivre pas les codes d'accès s'il n'a pas le paiement
Les lits de la chambre 5 sont à changer (on sent les ressorts dans le dos)

A spacious room and good location. The perfect stay in PDC.
Pros:

The perfect stay in PDC. We had a very short stay in PDC but our accommodation was perfect. Check in checkout were very smooth. The staff are friendly and had great communication. The room was spacious and we had everything we need. The water for the shower was hot and had great pressure. We had no problem finding restaurants.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen und alles ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen.

Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen. Man braucht nicht einmal 10min zur 5th-Avenue, aber trotzdem ist es in der Unterkunft sehr ruhig. Such Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind um die Ecke. Wir haben auch einige Tips vom Gastgeber bekommen, wo man gut essen oder schwimmen kann. Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber. Auch das Wlan ist sehr gut. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Pros:

excelente y totalmente recomendable lugar. Personal amable, lugar muy limpio y tranquilo, bien ubicado. algo muy importante y poco comun en Playa del Carmen (es mi decima vez) es que el baño funcionaba a la perfeccion, la ducha tenia mucha presion y agua bien caliente si se deseaba, tampoco habia olor a gases como en la mayoria de los alojamientos de Playa del Carmen.
