Prefer bit more varieties in the breakfast menu. Service at the restaurant is good, can be better. Mohini, william and Dharampal offered great service, expect the same from others

Thank you to Sunil ji for the overall management and coordination of the event.
Special thanks to Mr. Gyan for smooth room allocation and arrangements.
Appreciation to Mr. Sandeep for managing the food & beverages efficiently.
However, I would like to share one honest feedback. The top management coordination was very good, but the middle management manpower needs improvement. Some team members were not fully aware of their responsibilities and were unfamiliar with the hotel layout and locations. It seemed that most of them were freelancers, which caused confusion during check-in time.
we was deploy 3 people from our side during check-in to ensure smooth coordination. Additionally, I would suggest arranging extra trained manpower whenever a large event is aligned.
