Pros:

The location was great
Secure undercover parking
Very spacious
Apartment was well stocked with everything you could need for cooking
Comfy beds

Cons:

No air conditioning
The fans in the rooms were confusing, the remotes turned on and offrandom room fans and lights !
There was no toilet paper when we arrived, after a long drive, we would've really appreciated being able to use the loo!

Location was perfect

Cons:

There was no toilet paper, dead roaches on the floors, tiles were slippery like it was mopped with excessive soap. And the room smelt like leaking water. Not a geeat stay

Cons:

Some dusting wasn't complete in 2nd bedroom. Sliding problem with shower screen in ensuite bathroom.
Improved lighting and signage for exit stairs should be improved in underground parking area.

Great apartment in a quiet area on the Sunshine Coast, but still close enough to everything - and the view is incredible
Pros:

Love love love the view!!! And the apartment was definitely very spacious!! My favourite thing was that it was a short walk from everywhere, so convenient!

Cons:

The shower drain wasn’t draining properly, it could have benefited from some drain-o as it was pooling soon after turning the shower on. The place didn’t have aircon, but with the sea breeze, it really didn’t need it. Don’t book the third floor if you don’t like stairs haha, it was manageable for us, but I can see it being an issue for people less-inclined

Old and rundown but did the job
Pros:

Location was great.

Cons:

It need a really good clean and some maintenance done to the old place as well as pest control needs to be taken care of. The portable air fan was broken and no fly screens on the windows so that’s dangerous

Loved the sea breezes, the living areas were spacious, the pool was HUGE and such a lovely tropical area.

Cons:

There was only one remote control that worked the light and fan in BOTH the bedrooms, which meant when one person turned on the light at 5am, the light came on in the other room...

Beach views for miles
Pros:

What a beautiful view. I could sit on the veranda for hours. So close to shelly beach and the pool and apartment are larger than the photos. We had an amazing time. The beds were comfortable with 2 showers and 2 toilets. The fans pool and beach kept us cool enough so an aircon wasn't needed. Would definitely come again.

Cons:

The lounge room Decor could do with a revamp however being 3 star it is exactly that. A step back in time but the size of the apartment makes this place great as does the views and breeze. Such a great getaway weekend spent with the girls.

Great place for a quiet restful stay. Close to the beach and shops.
Pros:

The apartments were a walking distance from Kings Beach and Shelley Beach. There were uninterrupted views of the sea from the balcony. The Kitchen was very well stocked with all sorts of utensils you may need. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms clean.

Cons:

There aren't any airconditioners in the apartment. In the evenings that was not a problem as there's a breeze. But on a hot day, it got a bit muggy. There was a pedestal fan in the living room but that does not oscillate. It would be good to replace that with a fully functional one.

Pros:

Every thing was fine the apartment was very clean linen was all good the view was excellent seeing whales playing in the ocean there was only one down fall was not having a lift carrying a large esky up three floors was a bit hard but other than that we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again
