Great place to stay
Pros:

What a great place. Manuel spoke English and though we arrived late he was very welcoming. The hotel is nice and our room was very pleasant, spacious, comfortable and clean.
No restaurant on the premises but across the street but he recommended a tasty taco stand,
Its approx a 20 minute walk into centro but easy, flat and straight down the street.

Lobby is too small
Rooms are ok, but the bathroom was way too small
Also,for the hot water, I had to wait for 12 minutes before getting any hot water to get into the shower.
Also, there was a bad smell (sewer) in the hallway that was getting inside the rooms.
