Very bad and disgusting.. I felt sick staying there.
Pros:

the most disgusting hotel in the entire world.. i get sick from how filthy the hotel is.. don’t get scammed by how cool the pictures are.

I have pictures i can show..
i’ll tell you my simple story.. as i checked in.. the staff are nice.. welcoming.. with smiles..
after entering my room.. and i laid on my bed..
it was really bad smell coming from all over the pillows!
i was like ok I’ll ask them to change it for new one..
after.. i asked them clearly.. bring me brand-new one.
they just changed it.
The smell didn’t go away.
after checking inside the pillows i just got sick..
It’s so bad.. i really tried everything to just let it slide..
i couldn’t.
i booked 4 nights.
and i was so tired.
I never slept even a bit.
in the morning i just searched for another hotel.
then i asked for the manager.
told her my story.
She was nice.
She offered to bring new ones.
at this point. I said no thanks.
old hotel.
it’s not even worth almost 70$ per night.
The manger she was nice.. i told her.. if i don’t get refund.. I’ll put my story in booking..
she didn’t really care.

It was a pleasant stay
Pros:

The staff were pleasant and very kind. Very close to the airport. The bed was so big and they responded to our honeymoon request. They also were responsive by getting us meds at 4am.

Cons:

Pool is under renovation and the toilet area seemed a bit small.

They gave us family suite with doubled price. but it was same as normal suite.
Pros:

Breakfast was good enough, however every single day it had a same meals. Staffs were very kind and friendly

Cons:

Pool was in mainentance. There were always running pool construction work, it was being noisy everyday.

We booked a room with private pool so the kids had a blast. The room was spacious for the 5 of us, with 3 kids. The beds

The location was good as it is nearby the airport, so we stayed during our last few days in Bali.

Cons:

Hopefully they have Halal certificate for their restaurant in the future.

Cons:

Hotel war heruntergekommen und hatte Bettwanzen. Nach einer Nacht mehrere Wanzenbisse am Körper. Nicht besonders sauber.

Pros:

Staff were all friendly and helpful, swimming pool.

Cons:

Room was really worn, dirty and unmaintained. The shower door made a big bang noise when opening/closing, floor panels had random screws holding them down from lifting, all tap/shower fittings were heavily worn, kids area was worn.
