Pros:

Die sehr moderne Ausstattung. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichlich ausgestattet. Das Frühstückspersonal/-Frau ist immer am Auffüllen und alles i.O. zu bringen.

Cons:

Leider war es laut früh am Morgen durch eine Baustelle in der Nähe.

Un'esperieza veramente positiva. Lo staff: eccellente la simpatia e l'efficacia del concierge signor Giuseppe e dei colleghi sia in fase di accoglienza che di aiuto per rendere perfetto il soggiorno. Camera e servizi: giudizio assolutamente positivo, camera finestrata di giusta metratura, bagno largo. Tutto impeccabilmente pulito e fresco, silenzioso. Arredo gradevole (aggiungeri uno specchio grande e probabilmente un appendiabiti per cappotto, ma è solo un suggerimento va già tutto benissimo). Colazione: ricca e varia per ogni gusto, in sala gradevolissima. Posizione: più di così non credo si possa, sotto ogni punto di vista. Non uso automobile ma non dubito che anche sotto questo punto di vista tutto sia ottimo, così come i servizi ulteriori che non ho usato. Con qualche frequenza sono a Brindisi e senza dubbio il primo posto a cui penserò in futuro sarà questa struttura. Ultimo il prezzo: assolutamente adeguato al servizio con ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Albergo super suggerito.

It was a great stay! The staff is more than amazing! So kind, helpful, available, extremely well coordinated and goes the extra mile to make sure that you are comfortable. Really thank you!
The room is well equipped , clean , and everything was available.
The location of the hotel was very central. Very close to everything you might need. Trains, buses, ferry, restaurants, supermarkets and shops.

Cons:

Nothing at all.

It is the staff that defines a hotel and Gabriella is exceptional. Also, great location and comfortable, good breakfast.

Central and good quality
Pros:

The Receptionist was super helpful and gave me a free upgrade. Breakfast was great quality and ample variety
Loved the blue light of the shower

Cons:

Nowhere to hang the soap and sponge in the shower. Took a short shower but water would not drain properly and cubicle filled up very quickly

We spent a wonderful vacation and I want to thank all the personnel but specially Mr. Giuseppe who is the best person I,ve ever found in other hotel.He makes his best but even more to content the guests.
