It is the staff that defines a hotel and Gabriella is exceptional. Also, great location and comfortable, good breakfast.

Central and good quality
Pros:

The Receptionist was super helpful and gave me a free upgrade. Breakfast was great quality and ample variety
Loved the blue light of the shower

Cons:

Nowhere to hang the soap and sponge in the shower. Took a short shower but water would not drain properly and cubicle filled up very quickly

A nice boutique hotel with a great location, tasty breakfasts, and excellent staff, but with some issues regarding noise
Pros:

Very convenient location, everything is within walking distance. Excellent breakfasts with a good variety — everything was fresh and tasty. The service was very good, the reception staff were polite, helpful, and always ready to assist. Overall, a pleasant atmosphere and a feeling of care for guests.

Cons:

Even though the windows faced the inner courtyard, it was quite noisy in the evenings and at night on weekends due to street activity and gatherings, even in winter. It would also be nice to have a hair conditioner in the bathroom and a coffee machine at breakfast so guests can make coffee themselves, as coffee is currently only served by staff.
