Pros:

la posizione è ottimale, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Comodo a tutti i servizi ( sotto casa ci sono parafarmacia, alimentari, salumiere, panificio, ect). Appartamento carino, cucina comoda con il necessario di base per cucinare. In 3 siamo stati comodi ( la bimba ha 2 anni e dormiva nel lettino da campeggio), forse in 4 adulti si sta un pò stretti.

Cons:

da cambiare la piastra elettrica della cucina ( ha fatto i suoi anni), da sapere che, di fronte, c'è un bar che il venerdi/sabato/domenica sera fa musica dal vivo fino a mezzanotte.

Tranquillo e sereno
Pros:

La terrazza nel appartamento , la piscina , il posto strategico vicino alla spiaggia,tutte le comodità a portata di mano e sicuramente la cosa più importante è la possibilità di poter portare il nostro amico a 4 zampe❤️

Cons:

Bagni usurati e servizi da sistemare bagni, tapparelle, doccia da sistemare, la piscina dovrebbe essere disponibile con gli orari più ampi per dare la possibilità di codersela a pieno
