Pros:

We have a problem with the room and reception did everything to sort it. Happy with it

Noise from other rooms. People on 5th ant on a party . People in my floor with kids shouting , laughing, chatting with doors open

Incómoda experiencia.

Cons:

El desempeño del nochero del lunes 18 de mayo. Siendo las 00.10 hrs del martes 19 llegué al hotel proveniente de una cena de negocios. El hotel estaba cerrado y el nochero no nos abrió la puerta, ese a los llamados por teléfono y a los golpes en la puerta. Aproximadamente a las 00.50 hrs tuvimos que ir a la Policía Local para para reportar el hecho y ahí fue cuando contestó el teléfono luego de un sin número de llamados. Finalmente llegamos al hotel a las 01.20 hrs aproximadamente. Una vergüenza la actitud de este hombre que más encima negó no haber estado en recepción todo el rato. Dimos cuenta del hecho en la mañana siguiente al personal del hotel. Fue una noche realmente incómoda.
