Great location and value.
Pros:

Great location on the bay with beautiful views. Room was very large with great hot tub and comfortable bed. Great value for the money. For a continental breakfast it was pretty extensive. Friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

No elevator in our section and my husband is disabled. Couldn’t get either our TV nor microwave to work and staff had to come up both times to fix things. But they were helpful.

Die Unterkunft war größtenteils sauber.
Das Zimmer war groß und die Aussicht auf den Strand super.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war nur Grab & Go und es gab nichts gesundes. Der Kaffee war nicht wirklich gut.
Ich wollte den Whirlpool benutzen, aber leider war er dreckig. Generell ist das Bad sehr in die Jahre gekommen.
Es war außerdem sehr hellhörig, es hörte sich an als wenn ein Elefant im Zimmer über mir trampelt.
Das Personal war teilweise unfreundlich und überheblich.

Perfect for an early morning flight from the airport and close to restaurants
Pros:

Studio unit with 2 queen beds is so cute and perfect for two people. Small balcony overlooks the well kept beach with chairs and firepits....it rained during our stay so we were not able to make use of those but certainly would have. Staff were wonderful!

This property is sub-par, and not a good value.
Pros:

The location on the tip of the Grand Traverse Bay is excellent. We liked that it had individual patios and a small beachfront.

Cons:

The rooms are run down and not well-cleaned. The bed was very hard. The “hot” breakfast is a variety of grab-and-go items. And the “spa” is a dirty bathtub. The price was ridiculous for what was advertised.
