The staff were all extremely nice and accommodating. the room was very clean and had a very nice set up.
The screen slider was not on the track just sitting against the door. That was my only complaint.
Nice view, good sized room, kitchenette was great, bed was very comfy.
Out of date a bit. Things that could be easily fixed were not taken care of. Caulking around tub needs to be stripped and redone years ago. Remnants of adhesives from previous things attached to walls were still visible.
I loved the jetted tub, the spacious balcony, and the unique room setup. nice little kitchenette space, good area, great views of the water
i felt the bed was uncomfortably soft as were the pillows. I have spine issues though so that could just be due to that. one thing that i really didnt understand or like was the choice to carpet the side of the jacuzzi tub haha
I love the location it was easy to get to the young man who checked us in was very nice and very helpful giving us directions how to get to the hospital the rooms were very clean very comfortable bedding very good I really enjoyed it The view was spectacular

Jacuzzi tub rooms nice and big. Always clean and comfortable.
Coffee in the rooms is not the best and wish the shower was bigger.

Where do I start? At the beginning I suppose. We checked in and got our keys with a nice little packet of local attraction coupons that were all expired in 2023. We didn't realize before reserving here, there are no elevators. This might be fine in the summer, but not when its 5 degrees outside and the steps are metal. Later that evening, my husband slipped on the steps and slid down hurting his back. The first thing we noticed was how cold the room was. We checked the thermostat that was set at 75 yet it was only 63 in the room. After a short investigation we discovered the giant slider letting a lot of freezing cold air thru all around it. We noticed this when we saw the curtain almost a foot from the slider at the bottom. It was literally being blown out almost a foot...You can also see light around the front door and feel the wind blowing right thru. the tub was nice, however, I went to shower afterwards, and use the soap out of the dispensers in the shower, except they were both empty. Later I discovered the box of tissues had 2 tissues in it. The parking was also terrible here, with no spots available and it really needed to be plowed. This place should not be open in the colder months and we definitely will not be staying again. And no, I didnt say anything to the front desk. What was he going to do? Put us in another room that also leaked cold air in everywhere? It wasn't his fault the owners are cheap af.
Perfect location. Stunning view and super adorable room! Jacuzzi bathtub was fantastic.
Heat did not work and we could not sleep due to it only being 62 degrees in our room.
Check in was simple, fast, and the environment was private and relaxing.
Staff leaves at 9:30 and when it snows the stairwells can get slick if snow comes after staff leaves.

The staff person on duty Saturday and Sunday. Had phone in hand , never said hi never looked up .didn't say thanks for staying with us,this was not just 1 time but we went in there at least 4 times same response I never complain but I would not want someone like that greeting people who arrive or come in to get breakfast. Thursday and Friday staff person was great. The breakfast counter was not always replenished each day.looked like they didn't want us to have anything. Thanks everything else was great. Randy
