Loved the beachfront location, the hot tub, the size of the rooms, that you had an elevator, the rooms were very clean etc.
The limited handicap accessible items. A handle to get in and out of tub and shower. Both were extremely slippery to stand up in. The lack of a hand held shower head and things were falling down or broken like towel rack fell off wall and furniture placement could focus better on the view. Timer on tub was broken, jets adjustment was broken. Rusty metal along floor that is missing paint. It was very clean but that made it look dirty. We slept great though and will still come back because the beds were so comfy and the tub so big.
Rooms were warm and cost in winter. Lovely view, close to the city and lots of restaurants
Love everything about points north rooms are gorgeous and very comfortable staff is amazing cant wait to go back !!!
Everything staff is always nice every time we come to stay love how big the rooms are, love the big spa tubs in the room!
Nothing everything was really good
Loooove the room layout! The soaker tub was a bonus, and everything was perfect! We had to book last minute and was very happy with this stay. I am already looking to book a weekend getaway in the future
I was pleased with my stay, no complaints
The beautiful view, the stain glass windows and the convenient location. Breakfast was wonderful and the spa tub in the room with the wine package was fabulous! Wish it was a bit warmer to enjoy the beach, soon though summer will be here!
The stairs were very dirty
We have stayed here many times, we will not again.
Bed was super hard this time. There was a bag of garbage and empties left under the sink. The jets on the whirlpool kept kicking off so I had to get out to turn them back on NUMEROUS times. All of this was noticed AFTER staff left for the night, so we just told them the next morning, since all of our prior stays were fine. They never called or offered a credit so we won't be back. I even called a couple weeks later to make sure the manager knew about the issues and I still haven't heard anything.
Good location. Staff was nice
We lost power due to the blizzard. We also got stuck there. So we needed an extra night. We’d been without power and were cold all night & there was no staff. We were not even offered a discount

Noise from the upper level and some stains on linen and around the floors

The staff were all extremely nice and accommodating. the room was very clean and had a very nice set up.
The screen slider was not on the track just sitting against the door. That was my only complaint.
