The location was convenient to the beach.
The room we received paled in comparison to the one we booked on booking.com. Cramped with uncomfortable beds and only one sofa. The listing had 2 sofas and bubble lens images depicted a room that was listed to sleep 6. That would have been impossible. Our listing showed a King Henry room and we did not receive that.
Everything was great. The staff, the room, the pool, the restaurant. My wife and I stay here for 2 nights every summer. We love the location too.

Location , indoor pool was nice
The rooms were outdated and beds were awful uncomfortable. I paid for a suite too and I was disappointed. Hated that the outdoor pool was smack in the middle of their parking lot.

Beautiful hotel, great service, rooms were big with comfortable beds. Glad they had indoor and outdoor pool, especially on cloudy days. Right outside is the beginning of the promenade to have a romantic stroll. Harry's is a short walk to hear live music and great drinks after 930pm. The porch area in front of the room is adorable. I was very pleased with the decor, amenities and service. Definitely search for restaurants nearby and book reservations in advance. The "Mall" was a short 15 min walk but worth exploring and viewing the Congress Hall. The Brown Room and outside area was scenic, drinks were amazing, friendly people and wonderful way to spend an afternoon. Will return & recommend.
The floors of the room should be swepted and mopped per stay. After getting out the shower, definitely cannot walk bare footed in the room. They need more then 2 hangers per double bed rooms for 4 people. Also need to provide 4 pillows on each bed not just 2.
Having the outdoor pool and ability to walk straight across to the beach with chairs and umbrella provided was wonderful. The room was roomy and nice and beds were very comfortable. It’s also nice that there is a restaurant on premises.
The only downside that I did not like was that there is no hot water and coffee provided in the morning. There is a keurig in the room,but as a tea drinker, the taste of water out of a keurig that has had lots of coffee run through it, is not a great option. There are places around, but I am up so early that they were not open yet.

upon check in the floor in our room with sandy and remained that way through the entire stay. I’ve stayed there multiple times over the last several years. This is the first time that I’ve been given a room that I probably should’ve requested a change, but I knew the hotel was booked. Above our room was an open area on the third floor with an elevator, ice machine, soda machine machines where people would enter to and from the hotel. From 5 AM throughout the entire morning all you would hear with people, thumping and running and moving throughout the entirety of the area above our room. Had to put on white noise to drown it out at some points.
Amenities and proximity to beach/Washington Street
Beach towels provided were thin with holes in them. They use better rags at car washes. The room was in a dire need of updating. The shower head was hanging out of the wall. There were no plugs to charge a phone on one side of the bed. The floor in the room look filthy. I wore my shoes the whole time in the room. Corner in the bathroom showed signs of mold.
The property needs a major renovation. The outdoor pool is very big. The location is perfect. Close to the beach and easy access to both outdoor and indoor pools.
Needs upgrade, it’s an old motel. After three times I asked for a phone in the room I was told the line didn’t work in that specific room. One afternoon there were no towels available at the pool. The shower head in the bathroom had mold.
