Historical property in Cape May on the beach. Great staff who were helpful and friendly. Comfortable rooms with a great view.
The mattress was too soft for my taste.
The heated pool was fantastic. The on site restraunt Hemingways was very good. the room was clean and the staff was excelent.
Our family have been visiting the Grand Hotel for the last 10 years. Your children grew up around visiting the hotel and swinmming in the indoor pool.

Beautiful hotel. Very clean. Staff in the restaurant and bar were so friendly and nice. Very informative on what the hotel and surrounding area had to offer.
There was no information give by front desk/check in staff to use or promote anything the hotel had to offer you as a guest. The key to the room with a map was given to us at time of check in and we were directed how to get to our room and told if we had any questions we could call the desk for assistance.

Bathroom small, the only way we could turn off the bedside lights was to get out of bed and turn off the switch by the front door then find our way back to bed in the dark, A very strange idea .
Room was clean except the couch - that needs to be a wipeable surface -
The pool area needs a shade cover - limited umbrellas and chairs - too small of an area. Didn't stay very long at the pool.
People at front desk acted like they were doing you a favor by checking you in. A smile and thank you go a long way.

The bed and pillows were extremely firm and uncomfortable. I had very poor sleep. Considering the cost of approximately $450 for one night, I was disappointed in the quality of bedding. The value of the stat, did not match the value of the bed.
Room was very nice, didn’t expect the kitchenette. Staff and pool were great.
Ac unit was super noisy in room 151.
