Cons:

Cleanliness of the rooms. Floors were filthy. I did not see wet mops on housekeeping carts.

Reasonable experience but not worth the price.
Pros:

2nd floor patio offered a proper vantage for viewing the ocean.

Cons:

The assertion of a side ocean view is folly. We were almost a block away and had to look past/over nearly a dozen balconies to get a glimpse of the ocean.
