The staff was amazing

The only point was on the last evening as we needed to departure at 03.00 am and we where already out of dinner in tagahzout i still got hungry at around 22.00 pm as we played the whole day golf and surf. So I asked as there where only tapas available and i saw a kid eating a burger if i might have one. The waiter than got a little bit angry as he told me it is for kids. I told him it is not abut the price it is because i am hungry and i do not like tapas. He served the burger anyway but in a very rude mood, which was not that nice after spented almost 2.000 € on champagne the whole week.

Bel hôtel , bien placé à Taghazout petit dej très correcte des belles piscines et la chambre est spacieuse .

Cons:

Le gros bémol la literie honnêtement pour un hôtel de la catégorie Hayatt je m’attendais à une meilleure qualité de matelas !
J’ai très mal dormi matelas très dure heureusement que je ne suis restée que 2 nuits .

Really loved this hotel. Staff were amazing, the pool is perfect & good food choices

Nous avions émis plusieurs demandes et aucun retour de leur part même après plusieurs relances
Pour notre part c’est plutôt un service 4 étoiles
La chambre n’était pas prête pour trois personnes
Il fallait appeler pour avoir un coussin supplémentaire une couette supplémentaire etc

A zona das piscinas, em particular a piscina aquecida é bastante agradável.
E as atividades de Kids club também foram apreciadas pelas crianças.

Cons:

A localização é um pouco distante e a variedade de restaurante também é limitada.
O que menos gostei foi a distinção que fazem aos clientes dos dois hotéis da mesma cadeia Hyatt (ambos com 5 estrelas) no apoio de praia. Não me parece aceitável, existirem dois espaços distintos sendo totalmente discriminatórios.

Komfortabler Aufenthalt mit Einschränkungen
Pros:

Es ist für Marokko schon eine komfortable Unterkunft. Die Lage oberhalb des Meeres ist sehr schön, der Weg zum Strand entlang der Straße aber zu weit und wenig attraktiv. Daher ist die Möglichkeit klasse, mit shuttle oder eigenem Auto zum Hyatt Regency fahren zu können, Parken ist dort kostenlos. Dann gibt es einen Privatstrand für das Hyatt Place mit Liegen und festen Schirmen. Warum man den separat anlegt neben dem etwas komfortabler bestückten Strand des Hyatt Regency, hat sich uns nicht erschlossen.
Ach ja, und das Frühstück im Hyatt Place war absolut top!
In manchen Bewertungen wird die Einrichtung des Hotels heftig kritisiert. Wir finden das etwas übertrieben. Ja, manches ist defekt und ein bisschen abgewohnt, und wenn man richtig viel Geld bezahlt, geht das eigentlich nicht.

Cons:

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist problematisch.
In der schönen Poolanlage müsste man mehr auf Sauberkeit achten.
