Pros:

Beaux espaces extérieurs, notamment la piscine. Chambre spacieuse et confortable.

Cons:

Mauvaise isolation phonique de la chambre avec l'extérieur : nous entendions la nuit le bruit d'évacuation de la clim de l'hôtel.
Les horaires de navettes vers la plage nous ont paru un peu limités au vu du standing de l'hôtel.
Les chaises de l'espace extérieur du petit-déjeuner étaient sales.

Great Hotel The staff very friendly and efficient To be greeted daily with a friendly smile and a good morning and how are you today is so refreshing . The facilities and food offer good many choices . Rooms clean and tidy and service staff always ready to help . My beloved always choose where we go and this was an excellent choice .

L'emplacement, la gentillesse du personnel, le petit déjeuner, le calme.

Cons:

Un bémol pour la plage privée qui se trouve dans un autre hôtel plus luxueux. On nous a alors proposé des transats différents de ceux des clients de l'hôtel beaucoup moins confortables parqués sur un petit morceau de plage qui était loin d'être propre et accueillant, amoncellement de bouteilles en plastiques et détritus avec les serviettes posées au milieu !

Disappointing and Worn-Out Villa — Far From a 5-Star Experience
Cons:

The pictures online look modern and appealing, but the reality was very different. The villa felt extremely worn out and poorly maintained, almost as if it had not undergone any renovation for many years.

There were many visible signs of aging and lack of upkeep:

* dirty and stained rugs,
* peeling paint and damaged surfaces,
* very worn outdoor and indoor furniture,
* scratched and deteriorated dining tables,
* missing basic amenities such as a toilet brush.

The “mountain view” advertised was also misleading. Instead of a scenic view, we were mostly looking at a random road trench and construction-like landscape.

The worst part, however, was the bed. It was extremely uncomfortable and noisy, feeling like very old bed technology. Every movement during the night produced noise, making it difficult to sleep properly.

Breakfast was also disappointing for a supposed 5-star hotel. The selection was basic and lacked proper protein options such as chicken, beef, or fish.

What made the experience even worse was the professionalism of the staff. When I went to politely complain about the bed, one of the receptionists (a bearded man) was laughing during the interaction, which felt very disrespectful and unprofessional.

Overall, this was honestly one of the most disappointing “5-star” hotel experiences I have had. The property urgently needs renovation, better maintenance, and improved customer service.

Zwembad was fijn
Pros:

Zwembad, en aardige mensen bij zwembad bar. Ontbijt is goed verzorgd, alles wat je maar kan wensen is beschikbaar

Cons:

Vriendelijkheid viel tegen, o.a. bij in- en uitchecken en ook bij avondbar. Tijdens onze reis in Marokko niet meegemaakt
