Location.most of the staff is highly trained in customer service. Very serein and beautiful resort

Overall, wonderful property but extremely terrible staff with no manners

The property itself is stunning with great views and easy commute to the beach

Cons:

The problem with this property is the staff. Very rude and unhelpful. The desk phone never works, room service never picks up. If a question is asked, the answer is pawned off to a 100 different teams before telling you they don’t have any answers. They also tried to charge us extra in the end of the trip in the guise of city tax which we had already paid for in the beginning. Overall, wonderful property but extremely terrible staff with no manners

Possibilité d’accéder à la plage du Hyatt front de mer avec une navette

Cons:

Hôtel pas à la hauteur d’un 5*
Petit déjeuner et dîner demi pension très très limité, voir pas très bon.
Hôtel vieillot, mérite d’être rénové.
Encore une fois rien à voir avec le standing que l’on attend pour un hôtel 5*
