Je suis venu dans cette hôtel y’a 1 an et demi et malheureusement établissement c est fort dégradé au point de vue de entretien du bâtiment , de la piscine et du restaurant extérieur ainsi que état des chambres , c est dommage pour établissement et pour la chaîne hyatt

L hôtel est magnifique. Le personnel, la propreté des chambres, Le petit dejeuner varié et bon. L emplacement en haut de la montagne permet une vue imprenable sur la mer. L accès a la plage.

Cons:

La seule amélioration qui pourrait être envisagée concerne un problème que l'on retrouve malheureusement dans de nombreux hôtels : la réservation des transats.

Il serait souhaitable de mettre en place un système empêchant les clients de monopoliser des transats lorsqu'ils ne les utilisent pas, ou seulement très peu au cours de la journée. Un transat devrait être occupé uniquement lorsqu'il est réellement utilisé, puis libéré lorsque le client quitte la piscine ou la plage.

Nous constatons régulièrement que certains clients déposent leurs affaires très tôt le matin afin de réserver un transat, puis ne reviennent que plusieurs heures plus tard. Cette pratique est regrettable et pénalise les autres vacanciers.

Il serait donc très appréciable de mettre en place une réglementation plus stricte afin d'assurer une utilisation plus équitable des transats pour l'ensemble des clients.

Le petit déjeuner correct c’était pas vraiment les petits dej des hôtels 4etoiles du maroc la qualité de la nourriture n’était pas top et la même chose tous les matins
