Pros:

Clean, responsive.

Cons:

Hotel is closing main gate on 22 and you should call to get inside. But I guess it's normal for Colombo small hotels.

Keine Kühlschrank, viel Lärm, Abgase von Straßen im Zimmer 4. Stock keine Aufzug

A decent stay in Colombo town
Pros:

Clean rooms, spacious bathroom and very polite and friendly staffs!
Check in was pleasant and staff there was always willing to assist you with any queries or trouble you have.

Cons:

No lift so you got to walk up the stairs (If you get the third floor and you have heavy bags, eeer! - but the staffs do help you)
A plug point in the room kept tripping the main switch board so I guess that needs to be fixed

I had a great time there & was amazed by their kindness too.
Pros:

Everything. They were extremely nice & kind to me. They upgraded my room & gave a suit room for free. I was very happy with their services.

Cons:

Maybe the unavailability of good in late night but that’s not a big deal though.

Boa estadia na capital
Pros:

Tomei um banho muito reconfortante, água quente, boa pressão, cabine de duche grande. Uma grande bancada de casa de banho, com luz por cima.
A cama é grande e muto confortável. As almofadas bastante boas.
Apesar de já não ser um hotel novo e que apresenta sinais de uso, incluindo uma toalha de banho com buracos, é bastante confortável.

It was ok for the stay,
Pros:

The staff made special arrangements for a vegetarian breakfast for me. This is appreciated. The rooms were clean and generally the staff were polite and helpful.

Cons:

1. The room I booked faced the road. Being sensitive to sound, I had to voluntarily downgrade the room. Since I had already paid the higher price, there was nothing much to negotiate. The hotel could have at least ensured that amenities in the room are similar to the room level which I had booked.
2. I am not sure if I am asking for too much, but the vegetarian food served was same for the 6 days of stay.

Pros:

Вежливый персонал. Заранее поставили доп кровать ребёнку. Заселились ночью. Приличные завтраки.
Оставляли вещи после выселения на пару часов.

Cons:

Очень сильно уставшие апартаменты. Прям очень. Сырость, плесень. Полотенца прям страшные. В ванной комнате дичайшая плесень, все очень старое
