Pros:

The room was very dirty at my arrival and hotel wasn't comprehensive about the situation. There was no service and no one came to clean the room. There was no compensation given. It was over 100$ per night and there was no service at all. There were used cups and botteled water, towels everywhere and the bed was a mess. Complete disaster

Very Very Rude Staff & Club Management I Ordered Alcohol Free Cocktail & They Force You To Keep Ordering Or They Kick You Out & Shout On You

So I Had To Call Police To Solve The Problem & Also The Club Management Will Block You It's Really Very Low Quality Place To Go To .

Please Avoid It For Your Self Own Respect .

الموظفين والإدارة يغصبوك تظل تطلب انا ما اشرب كحول ولما الكوكتيل بدون كحول يخلص لو ما طلبت يطرودونى ويعلون صوتهم عليا قدام الناس فا اظطريت أطلب الشرطة .

Очень, очень грубый персонал и руководство клуба. Я заказал безалкогольный коктейль, и они заставляют вас соблюдать порядок или выгоняют вас. Мне пришлось позвонить в полицию, чтобы решить проблему.

Pros:

It was just fine to catch up a 6-7 hour sleep a business meeting next morning.

I would not recommend people specially families to go their with kids.

The rooms in the pictures and the rooms in real are totally different.

Very Bad and Rude Behaviour
Pros:

I made the booking with agoda but unfortunately i wasn't able check in the hotel i tried with agoda to cancel the booking or either change the dates of the booking but hotel has rejected to pay the money back because i already charged with my card , as per agoda it is only in the hands of hotel but they are not ready to pay the money back and show me as no shown at the property it shouldn't be like this they have to returned the money back or amend the dates i am very disappointed i suggest you to do not make the booking with manhatan.

Bad service
Pros:

Very bad service! Sandeep was very rude for me. He just forced me to move from my table. Actually I have a right to sit one table If I'm consuming from the bar. Unfortunately they don't respect the guest who come to enjoy very bad experience. I would like to reccomend change the stuff. Who doesn't know exactly who doesn't know working with guest.

Full of cockroaches
Pros:

I have stayed for just 1 night, will never check in there again, my room was full of cockroaches and all over cigarette smell, loud music is played during night, not good for family, since they have many club in the hotel....overall a bad experience I would rate this as average 1star hotel

Pros:

It was first time to this hotel. It looks very nice from outside but inside is contrast. Rooms are big but does not give comfort because of noise AC, slowest wi-fi connection . Although maintenance manager very nice person and tried to solve the matter. Hotel need revamp overall

staff at night no one is wearing name batch and talking so rudley to the customers...pointing fingers on their face..the management should teach them what hospitality means for...even in reception the staff are not wearing name batch and they were very rude..never go back again and i suggest to all others also the same..poor service and no hospitality..awful experience..

Stayed with friends the are many BARs available in this Hotel including Picup. Booked hotel thru" online three rooms, receptionist allotted rooms in 5th Floor. since it was on weekend tariff were quiet high though we booked, But Rooms are very old type and pattern, Noyce window AC without adjustment, curtained bath area in toilet, very old and dirty closet. very small bathroom. This hotel is meant for for some extramarital activity who can't hold for long.... ()()()()()()() not for comfortable stay. Very bad in cleanness. Staff are good receptionist has hospitality.

Dåligt hotell med extremt otrevlig personal. Jag åkte dit med min pojkvän och dom sa inte ens hej till mig vid ankomst. Väldigt otrevliga mot kvinnor. Det fanns även en mystisk strippklubb på hotellet som dom ville att min kille skulle gå in på. BOKA EJ DETTA HOTELL!!!!

Hai I am frequent traveler to Dubai and stayed many hotels and as per my experience this hotel is quite good with affordable price. stay on the first floor will make us horrible because the sound from the night clubs. Restaurant and bar are quite good .Overall I stayed this hotel several time and liked this property
