Le Meridien Saigon

Stayed here for one night in February just before the Tet holiday. The front desk was so nice to upgrade me to a river view room and although it’s overlooking the busy street, the room has good soundproofing so you won’t hear the traffic noise from outside. Since it’s a fairly new hotel, the beddings and room was very clean and comfortable.

Location wise, this hotel is a few minutes away from Japantown and affordable massage places. I had a great time using their sauna and steam room that I left my sunglasses and only found out when I was already at the airport. Luckily the new domestic terminal was only 20 minutes away and I managed to collect my sunnies from the same locker I left it in before I left the changing room.

Will come back to Le Meridien the next time I visit HCMC!

We had an exceptional stay with truly outstanding service from start to finish. The hotel is fully staffed to meet every need, and the team consistently exceeded our expectations. Every interaction felt warm, caring, and genuinely helpful—the staff truly go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and well taken care of.

Housekeeping was immediately responsive, answering every request promptly and with such kindness.

The club lounge was a highlight, offering a calm and inviting atmosphere with delicious happy hour offerings and appetizers. The gorgeous river views created such a relaxing setting, and the entire space felt both elegant and comfortable.

The breakfast buffet was incredible—fresh, abundant, and thoughtfully prepared with so many options. We were especially touched that the team even arranged breakfast to go for our very early morning flight, which speaks volumes about their attention to detail and guest care.

The hotel itself is beautiful, from the stunning lobby to the bar and restaurants—everything feels thoughtfully designed and welcoming.

This is my first time staying at Le Meridien Saigon from 11-12 Apr and it was wonderful. From the moment of arrival I can feel the welcoming vibe from the staffs. To be more specific, Tracy from the Executive Lounge is very charming and attentive. Everything during my stay is taken care of. Hanna on the other hand is friendly and hardworking. Through her experience working at the bar and now at the executive lounge, she could turn liquors into magic. I hope to stay at Le Meridien Saigon again with these lovely people.

When I checked in at the club lounge, the staff Ms.Umie gave me a very kind of help, so smoothly and wonderfully service! Thanks for her I had a very pleasant start in Saigon!

I recently organized an event at Le Méridien Saigon, and overall it was a very positive experience.
The venue is conveniently located and easy to access, with a beautiful view of the Saigon River that added a nice touch to our event. The cost was also reasonable and well-aligned with the value we received.
What truly stood out was the professionalism and dedication of the staff. The sales team, especially Ms. Mai Anh, was very supportive throughout the planning process. The event team, including Ms. Bảo Ngọc, and Mr. Khanh from the banquet team, were all incredibly friendly, responsive, and always ready to assist whenever we needed.
Their teamwork and timely support made the whole event run smoothly and comfortably.

Just a great hotel for anyone visiting HCMC. Perfect location, great rooms, lounge is wonderful, breakfast options are great. But, the staff is OUTSTANDING. Especially Jolie (front desk) and Maru (restaurant). Everyone is friendly and accommodating. They always go out of their way to make us feel right at home. Thank you to all!

Top notch stay from start to finish. Upgraded to a River View Room we already had Club Lounge access and checked in at the Club Lounge in the 22nd floor. We were met by the lovely Tracey in the lounge who discussed the hotel details and options for breakfast. Our spacious room was on the 20th floor with a fantastic view of the Saigon River. We had breakfast at the lounge and also the main buffet and both were excellent. We did the happy hour in the lounge and the food and drink was excellent as was the service. During our stay we also ate and had drinks in Bar Son in the hotel, again great service from Ivy, Nguyen and MSang. Highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent services from hotel staffs and great amenities. Specially want to acknowledge Maru Nguyen for her friendly and excellent services. She was serving us for breakfast during our stay and she knew what we wanted before we could even ask for it.

We had a morning flight and the staff Ha Ben Huy was kind enough to let us check in earlier. So far everything is great and the kids are looking forward to the daily ice cream 😄

Location and staff’s friendliness. Very polite and helpful in booking our local tours. Concierge Khoi was very nice and prompt in helping with my questions. Will revisit and stay next time when my wife and I are in Vietnam

I suffered a fall and broke my ankle a few days earlier in Bali. This hotel was the perfect place to rest and enjoy good food and views of the river.

Hotel is top-notch and bang on for its price. If you get access to the executive lounge on the 22nd floor, you'll be able to enjoy very good complimentary evening eats. (Be sure to tip the staff--they really go out of their way for you.).

They serve one of the best margarita pizzas I've ever had in Asia. Be sure to order it at their M level restaurant. The lunch buffet at the same place serves a nice spread but nothing to write home about.

I will return to Ho Chi Minh City again in January and have already booked my five-night stay at this hotel.

A next wonderful hotel on our trip through Southeast Asia, where everything is perfect, with very nice, helpful and attentive staff.
