We were three friends went to the property and we were very pleased with services. We got excellent room with awesome view of River and as we were vegetarian & Indian we got special food from the team at executive lounge . I want to mention that Freya, Anna and Hanna went out of the way to make our stay comfortable and memorable.
Impeccable service. Lindsay of the Club lounge was very attentive and pleasant to talk to. She provided insights on things to do the next day! A+++ and truly grateful.

This hotel is amazing - great location, attentive staff and lovely rooms. We had lounge access so enjoyed that and the amazing views it offered. Breakfast is a real treat and the pastry chef is a genius!

I would especially like to recognize Rachel and Naomi for their warm, attentive, and incredibly thoughtful hospitality. They were professional, friendly, and always ready to help with genuine care. Every interaction with them felt sincere and personal, and they paid attention to even the smallest details to make sure everything was smooth and comfortable.

Great hotel and even better staff, Tracey was awesome! She made our stay significantly better with her hospitality. every detail was taken care of at this hotel and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay… actually pro tip to the hotel; stop letting men check into the hotel with prostitutes late at night. Not a good look!
We have always stayed at Le Meridien Saigon on all our trips visiting our home country. This trip we got upgraded to a suite which was quite amazing in all ways. We traveled quite extensively and Le Meridien Saigon has always been our top choice; the hotel is gorgeous, every single member of the hotel staff is courteous and striving to ensure our stay as delightful as can be. We wish we can remember all their names. Tracy, Lan- we appreciate your effort for always making us feel welcome. We will always stay at Le Meridien. 10 stars (out of 5) from us.

The hotel just changed my room as i had complained and the room given is good but on a very lower floor. The room is big and clean. Appreciate the prompt action by Cathy or Hue ( hope I got the girl’s name right). So full marks to Tripadvisor people listen to you.
Great stay at the Le Méridien Saigon. The room was great, the lounge service from Anna was excellent, and we even got to watch the Reunification day fireworks from the lounge. Really enjoyable experience overall and would stay again.
