Everything. Great sauna, gym steam, nice people
The views was great as well as the location.
The carpet.
We knew the service would be excellent, but we were a bit worried it might be too high-end for a stay with kids, it wasn’t at all. We all felt very comfortable and welcome.
Great service, wonderful location close to the city center, and an excellent breakfast. A great choice even when traveling with children.
Very friendly and helpful English speaking staff
Great breakfast options
Clean hotel, and room
We booked for 3 ppl one bedroom. But there were only 2 beds when we arrived and then we had to pay extra for a 3rd bed
This hotel is one of the best reco places for your business trips and events. I am impressed with great support and the friendliness/professionalism from Sales Rep Ms Tran Thi Mai Anh to the event logistics owner Ms Bao Ngoc. The entire team is very handy and friendly. They’re young and quick at solving problems. The concierge team is very welcoming and super supportive and nice, especially Mr Quan Tran. Nothing is perfect but what I like most at this hotel is their effort to solve the problem for you when you raise to them. For real you need to manage closely with them to make sure your big event goes well but overall my attendance feel satisfied and happy. The lunch is not very good and needs more improvement but Tea break is amazing. Love that. Will come back for next event!

We stayed at Le Méridien Saigon as a family with elders and young children. The hotel is modern, well located, and the rooms are comfortable. The staff were polite and professional overall.
I am writing this review mainly to help Indian vegetarian families plan better.
Before our arrival, we had clearly communicated our Indian vegetarian food requirements by email during the reservation process. Unfortunately, it seems this information was not properly passed on internally, particularly to the kitchen and the Indian chef.
As a result, during most of our stay, the breakfast buffet had very limited vegetarian options, and almost no clearly marked Indian vegetarian dishes. Most items contained egg, meat, or fish-based ingredients, which made breakfast challenging for pure vegetarians, especially children and elderly family members.
What was disappointing is that we came to know only on the last day that the hotel had access to an Indian chef. Once we met the chef, it was evident that suitable Indian vegetarian food could have been arranged earlier if the prior communication had reached the right team. This felt like a missed opportunity due to an internal coordination gap rather than lack of capability.
We also faced some inconvenience at the executive lounge, particularly related to food availability and timing, which was not very accommodating for families with children.
On a positive note, the hotel management acknowledged our concerns and extended 10,000 Marriott Bonvoy points as a goodwill gesture, which we appreciate. This shows that the hotel does value guest feedback and makes efforts to address issues.
