Very kind staffs and good breakfast, but Wi-fi is not good. The signal is too weak in 8th floor. Swimming pool is small, but good for walking. You cannot find English TV channels with easy. News channels are all Indonesian channels.

I always stay at Cipta Hotel Pancoran whenever I visit Indonesia. The overall quality has gone down a bit since I started staying there several years ago. However, it still gives the best bang for your buck.

Menginap 4 malam di sini karena ada event di hotel ini. Kamar bersih, spring bed nyaman, ada mini fridge dan electric pot. Tapi suara AC sangat berisik, hampir tidak bisa tidur sepanjang malam. Mandi di pagi hari 2x tidak mendapat air panas. Makanan cukup enak.

I booked this room so that my parents could relax, coming back from a family trip to Singapore. They were well refreshed in the morning and ready to continue their journey home.

I've been staying in Cipta Hotel Pancoran whenever I visit Indonesia for a while now. The quality has been consistent ands the staff has always been friendly and accomodating. The free internet quality has gone down, though, with constant disconnection. And the water pressure in the bathroom could also be adjusted higher.

古いなりに手入れも行き届いており、価格を考えると不満はないのですが、Wifiの接続が悪く、時間帯によってはほとんど使い物になりませんでした。

A good deal and location but the reading light was broken and the A/C was loud and not very cold. It’s in the little things

Stayed here for one night because the location was perfect for work. I'm not sure of any other reason to stay in this part of Jakarta but I don't know the city well.

The room was comfortable and clean, I was pleased to see a filtered water dispenser in the hallway too. It's a shame bottled water was also left in my room - they could leave reusable bottles in each room and direct guests to refill at the dispenser in the hallway. Also note there are no irons in the hotel rooms and it's not even possible to borrow one on request! I had to go to work with an unironed shirt.

The staff were friendly and polite. There were not many vegetarian options on the menu at the restaurant but they were accommodating and made me a vegetarian mee goreng, which was nice. The buffet breakfast was not too bad, with bread, butter and jams plus non-vegetarian hot dishes. Note that the hotel only accepts credit cards for transactions of IDR 100k and above. My dinner was IDR 48k so I had to pay in cash.

Overall I have given 4 stars as although the hotel is quite basic it is good value.

I had another great experience staying at Cipta Pancoran. The staff were helpful as usual, the room excellent, and the free breakfast selection was also very nice. The only constant issue I have is the unreliability of internet in the rooms.

나름 만족하고 잘 있다 갑니다. 한 13일 정도 묵었는데 나쁘지 않았어요 다 깔끔하고 좋았습니다.

Room is OK, clean, small but enough space, so-so breakfast
Location is convenient to go to many places, but the traffic is bad morning and afternoon.
Lot restaurants around to eat.
Staff is helpful

Hotel is quiet and nice. I stayed there because I wanted to be near Lakibata City. I stayed in the 8th floor. Room was clean. Staff were nice and friendly.

호텔위치는 인도가없는 차도에 인접해 호텔에나와 길을 건너기도 힘들정도로 주변환경은 좋지않다. 그러나 옆 멀지않은곳에 편의점이 있다.
방은 비좁은편이고, 내부의 마감이나 집기비품등이 이보다 더 저렴하게 구성하기는 힘들것처럼 보였다. 아침식사는 나쁘지않았다.WIFI는 비교적 원활히 연결되나, 매우 느린편이다. 하루이틀정도 잠만자는것은 몰라도, 편안한 호텔은 아닌듯.

一泊だけですが、ローカルなホテルだなと感じました。ファミリーで泊まる人が多いみたいで安くて感じは良いと思いました

My Stay was very disappointing, primarily because of Hotels.com miss representation of the Hotel, They advertised a 24sqmtr room as superior twin room 2 bedrooms, with one twin bed in each room, with City View. What I got was a room no bigger than 10sqmtr, with two single beds, and no second bedroom, and the view was of a block of flats behind the hotel. I was made to pay for an additional room, and Hotels.com would not accept the error, let alone, refund me my £132.00 extra I was made to pay. The Hotel would not accept responsibility either so I was left out of pocket. Having written a serious complaint letter to Hotels.com, they ave not bothered to reply. I have since checked out of this hotel and booked into another for the duration of my stay. I intend to take this further when I get back to the UK.
