Close to sessions road , walking distance to many places. Staff were professional. Place was clean , nothing fancy as far as decor or furniture, has just what you need . A cupule of issues , the toilet has a foot flush I pressed it down only a little water went down , need to keep foot on the flusher until it flushes all the way . Another thing was the shower. There was a sign to heat water to turn all the left and wait 10- 15 minutes. .when time I turned on the shower , the water was trickling out of the shower head low water pressure. Attempted to adjust, the water pressure only better if it was turned all the way to cold , so I was unable to wash my hair because did not want to use cold water and if I used hot or warm the water pressure would have not been enough to get the shampoo or conditioner out of my hair.
There is an included breakfast buffet which was very good , many choices to choose from , traditional filipino breakfast food , pancit , variety of pastries and desserts, there was a station were they were making eggs , omelets and pancakes.

Just a average stay. Lots of papers in rooms can be explained during c/in. Breakfast buffet less selections. Chicken wing’s dressing should not be just mayonnaise or ketchup. No power outlets on bed side table , no table lamps . Entrance security guards are friendly and helpful.

Amazing hotel..when in Baguio we enjoy staying here..Good value and close to many restaurants. Staff is friendly and helpful.

My sheets were stained with something unmentionable, there is not a single drawer in the room, the TV connection was terrible. The lighting is terrible, there is only one plug in the room that is nowhere near the bed. They charged me an exorbitant rate for tacking on one more day. Period stay away from this property.

Breakfast was good. Service and quality of rooms could be better. Close to shopping area and dining areas

What we didn’t like- no refrigerator, no ice machine had to call to request, lighting in the bathroom is dim.
The water in the shower does not drain much, it took a day.
What we like- walkable to Session Rd, Cathedral and SM. Staff are helpful and friendly.

Dont u dare, the place is not convenient and noisy u can hear all the noise from outside, terrible bathroom that doesnt have exhaust fan,

Buffet is descent

The staff were very accommodating, friendly and very professional. Clean and tidy. Our needs were attended to very well. Walking distance to SM and to the Cathedral. And to Session Road. Which allowed us to enjoy nightlife in Baguio. Excellent hotel.

I stay here every time I go to Baguio. It’s great. Rooftop breakfast, great coffee shop, large rooms, very hospitable place, close to SM Mall

Woke up in the middle of the night because of loud tv noise from other room. Called front desk but unfortunately no one answered. Went down to complain, but the issue was not resolved immediately.

Location poor

Right at the heart of the city, walking distance to the mall, cathedral, Burnham Park and restaurants. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the room is big enough for four people. The live music at night is very entertaining. The entrance/reception is inviting but the overall condition of the building is old and needs renovation. The bed is too firm, the water in the shower is too weak, and the walls doesn’t have soundproofing.

Pillows should have been thicker for better comfort.
