Lots of noise around room which spoils good sleeping.
Moreover hotel is lacking a lift facility.

Poor ambience
Good service and friendly staff.
Cockroaches in the room. Lot of electrical weird noises. Had to sleep with airplugs. AC not working properly and no hot water.

When asked Credit card facility, it will be provided by playing extra 2.5%. When ready to pay they said, Credit card facility not working for the past four/five days.
Interesting thing is that the final bill was provided by writing including GST.
Very much disappointed.
Bed sheets were clean.
Hotel didn't have a lift. Property looked and felt old. I lost one of my packets that I was carrying with me. I found this later when I had already left. Staff could have alerted me but then didn't for obvious reasons.
