모든 직원이 매우 무례했습니다. 고객 응대 능력이 전혀 없습니다.
​저는 부킹닷컴 지니어스 레벨 3 회원이며, 지금까지 30개국 이상을 여행해 왔습니다. 하지만 이곳은 정말 최악입니다. 말도 안 되게 끔찍합니다. 절대로 추천하지 않습니다!!!
​제가 환불해 달라고 정중하게 요청했음에도 불구하고, 그들은 거칠고 무례하게 거절했습니다. 심지어 제가 돌려받아야 할 700달러를 두 번이나 주지 않았습니다. 돈만 가로채고 이제는 제 연락을 완전히 무시하고 있습니다. 사기나 다름없습니다.

駅近！寝るだけ！

値段と立地この2点のみで評価できるホテル
Pros:

値段が安かった事を考慮すれば、全てが許容範囲内で及第点のホテル。
立地は明洞駅の鄰の駅であり、東大門や聖水、狎鴎亭、ソウル駅etcソウルの主だった場所へ行くアクセスがとてつもなく良い位置に面している。値段と立地この2点において非常に評価できるホテル。

Cons:

ベッドが固く寝心地悪い。午後5時時点でフロントに人がいなく、カウンターの上に部屋番号が記載されたルームキーがただ置かれていた。部屋内にセーフティーボックスが無かった。使い捨てのシャンプーは有ったが、トリートメントは置いてないとの事。バスタオルは永年使用した為か一部破けている。

Cons:

No good lighting.
I was there from Monday night to Saturday morning and nobody can to clean the room or take rubbish out. No enough toiletries, I have to go downstairs to ask for it.
In the night time from outside looks like empty place everything is dark

Nothing. It’s a bad score.

Cons:

The staff, the building itself and the safety. That hotel is better off closed. For that price, there are better places and presentable.

Pros:

I love the room very comfortable and a lot of space, bathroom was very nice and the area very close to the subway station.

Cons:

The front desk was rude, and there wasn't very good information about the property. There is no one there before 8 am. They said they can keep our bags after check out but didn’t explain the process we needed to leave at 7am but we were afraid to just leave our bags alone at the empty front desk and no one answers the phone before 8 am.

Overall it’s a great position, but it’s a 6-7 out of 10
Pros:

Definitely the position, right in front of the metro station of Chunguro that gives accesso to two metro lines. It’s also a 2 minutes walk from an hanok village and less than 10 min walk from Myeongdong centre

Cons:

It has no lobby, no restaurant and no employers during most hours. They clean the room every three days, we stayed 4 days so they never cleaned it.
