Not good experience. Extremely disappointed with Expedia to charge 12k for the room. I have checked other sites and the prices for this hotel was much cheaper around 6k.
Not sure why such high prices are charged for properties that are just about average and not even 4 or 5 star
The property upkeep is very poor. The rooms are not very clean, and there are stains and even mold in some places. I don’t expect a four star service, but cleanliness is very important. Hope the management pays some attention to keeping the property clean for their guests
Poor cleaning, Bad smell, old setup, broken tea maker, rooms floor broken, no pleasent room experience. Doesn't look like a 4 start hotel. Room service was also not up to mark. Under construction lobby. Smelly small lifts and poor comfort rooms etc.
Food served was really subpar and not great taste, despite complaining the hotel manager was not bothered for corrective action.

Attaching 4 videos, nothing more to say, the buggers are lost in their world watching their mobiles and reels that nobody had a clue what exactly a guest had ordered for dinner.
Called the restaurant thrice, but they were busy henceforth not picking up the call, somehow managed to put in my request taking help from reception, but nobody freaking noted it down.
Kept on doing follow-ups, and people stopped picking up the calls from my room coz they were clueless.
Nice spacious rooms and we enjoyed the stay with family here. Toilets were clean. Room was clean. Housekeeping staff were prompt. Hotel is right on a main road that cab service is easily available. Buffet Food was ok not so many options but cant complain. Taste was good. A very good and big hospital is just adjucent if needed in emergency.
Excellent stay with a very courteous service. Very good ambience ideal for business travellers and families alike. Calm and quiet place conductive for a professional and peaceful experience. Ranging from a vivid and tasty spread in the breakfast buffet to a full filling dinner spread .
Gym can be made functional and maintained better.
I am the frequent visitor to this hotel, but it seems the service has degraded in the recent past, receptionist is adamant not to provide the separate bed in double occupancy room, also the service is delayed and you have to call them repeatedly, i no more reccommend this hotel.
Worst hotel. The hotel maintenance and staff both are competitively worst. Absolutely disgusting. The toilet flush is broken room is full of cigar scent and the maintenance of every inch is poor. Not even worth a penny. It’s a NO for anyone. Mainly they should stop bluffing people with pictures which are not even 1% close
This is the first time I checked in to this hotel. But highly dissapointed. Professionalism is at it's lowest. Rooms are very small and top of that there is big pillar on right in mid portion of the room occupying about 30% of the space. Most of the furnitures are in broken condition. AC is placed in such a way that blow hits directly to my face. AC remote was working .Toilet flush is in broken condition. Will not recommend

I am writing this review from this hotel room. This hotel does not know even the meaning of Hospitality and they are in hospitality business.
They will charge you for everything under the sun.
They will charge you for plates, spoons, forks, bowls, slippers. And this is after they have charged you Rs. 6000 per night.

Complaint to the staff 5 times over 2 days but they couldn’t not fix it. They didn’t even offer another room. Extremely poor service, worst quality and a big rip off!

I stayed at the hotel for two nights, they charge me for 12,500 but honestly it was totally waste of money there was nothing inside the room according to double occupancy everything I've to ask and they ask me for extra money,
At the lunch time I ordered for some food, they forbade me for lamb dish in the evening I went to the restaurant for dinner there was nothing special no one acknowledge us, I request For garlic Naan but Restaurant manager told me that it's chargeable, The way he looked at like I can't pay 200 rupees for garlic naan, Entire stay was ruined I went there to celebrate my birthday but it was totally waste of my time money and resources.
The rooms are spacious but the bathroom was very dirty. We saw cockroaches crawling around the dishes in the buffet area and lurking in the corners of the serving counter. My students found hair in the milk. Whoever is managing this hotel is doing a very poor job. The staff seemed unwilling to do help us amicably. I would not advise anyone to go there. Sorry
This hotel is in a business district and though on the main road, the approach remains chaotic.
The rooms are spacious, we were given an upgrade. Thank you so much.
The breakfast buffet spread could have more variety.
Since it is located in this busy Gachibowli area, there are plenty of good restaurant options nearby.
The parking, though available, is on the driveways. We were privileged to get premium space for our car by the courteous security staff. Appreciate it.
Overall, a good experience.
· 1. The internet was not working and I had been asking for the 2 days to resolve this. I was appalled at the service and response to this issue.
2. TV was not working. somebody came and switched a cable box
3. There were no towels in the room and I had to ask twice to get a fresh pair.
4. Low on toilet paper and I had to ask for additional roll. I would have thoughtthere would be at least one extra roll left in the room.
5. Took a shower when I checked in at 5 am and NO hot water - had to take a cold shower. I was told that hot water will resume in the morning .
6. At breakfast, we were seated at a table that somebody just left. There were a pair of fork and knives already on the table. I asked for a fresh pair. The waiter replaced it, but promptly took the other pair and put it in the drawer with fresh ones.
