Construction and noisy hotel

Otopark seçeneği oldugu için kiraladık . Ama otopark yoktu . Otelin arkasındaki ücretli otoparka ücret vererek 2 gün idare ettik . Temizliği, konumu ve karşılaması iyiydi .

Small room, very small bathroom, neighborhood very noisy, you barely can sleep.
But the room has a washer for clothes wich is a plus.

good especially for the price. Very good location too

The location was great, 5 minutes from Taksim Square, it was a quiet place, there were friendly staff, they took very good care of us.

Thank you for this nice hospitality also the staff who brought my luggage to the metro was very helpful.

The room and common areas were very clean, we had a good time. The hotel is very close to the bus station and the metro.

The room is very clean, the hotel is a few minutes walk from the metro and Taksim Square, the staff is attentive and polite

Hotel is super noisy day and night. Construction constantly drilling and building starting from 7am. Back window faces construction and front window faces street noises. You can actually get only 3 hours of good sleep here since the hotel across the street have people hanging outside u til 3am and then 7am the construction workers start. This hotel is overprice for its amenities. requested room change, unable to sleep or relax in day due to heavy traffic and construction noises and room change did not help. Initial check in room was clean, however during my 6 nights stay there, I did not see room service provided to my room nor was I asked if room service cleaning was needed. I took out my own trash daily. Front office receptionist was very friendly and helpful.

エレベーターのない地下の部屋をあてがわれた（おそらく普段は使用されていない部屋と思われる）。昼間は工事の音がうるさい。設備は古い。テレビは点灯しなかった。トイレがきちんと流れないのはストレスだった。シャワーの固定位置がとても高い位置にあり、そこに固定するとシャワーブースの外にお湯が出てしまうので、常に片手でシャワーヘッドを持たないといけなかった。5泊の滞在期間中、クリーニングやタオル、リネンのチェンジは一度もなかった。タオルとトイレットペーパーは言えばくれた。ドアのロックに問題があり、よくフロント係に空けてくれるよう頼んでいた。5泊したが、あの部屋にあれ以上の滞在は精神的に無理だったと思う。

Horrible, ne correspond pas à la description.Par où commencer:
- chantier collé à l'hôtel et surtout à la chambre, donc bruits d'appareils de type marteau piqueur / disqueuse toute la journée.
- le chambre n'est pas nettoyée tous les jours comme dans les hôtels standards, là j'ai du demander à ce qu'on le fasse après 4 jours( sois 1 fois en 1 semaine)
- pas de coffre fort dans la chambre
- la télévision ne fonctionnait pas, il a fallu attendre 4 jours après plusieurs demandes pour qu'il la change avec que des chaînes turques.
- cafards
- salle d'eau minuscule, de quoi se cogner
- meubles abimés, papier peint decollé
- personnel pas du tout professionnel

Online advertising picture can be so misleading. Not comfortable with the surrounding. No power the morning of checkout. Cheap price and good customer service though. The Washing machine was a plus.

Property was decent and the staff was helpful just the construction work in the back of the building causes some noise which I requested to change my room to the other side of the building and it was entertained.

Everything is excellent.
