Персонал доброжелательный, говорят по русски

Cons:

Соотношение цена и качество ужасное. Завтраки весьма скудные. Плохая звукоизоляция: шум проникает из коридора через тонкие двери из дешевого дсп. В номере плохо убирались: под кроватью нашел презерватив и пыль. Были трудности при заселении: на рецепшене не работал компьютер, и сначала дали ключи от номера, который я не бронировал, без окна. Потом сказали, что свободен только номер с двумя кроватями ( я один) нужной категории. Замок в двери заедал.

ВЕЛИКОЛЕПНО!!
Pros:

Великолепное расположение: метро 5 минут пешком, магазины, рядом Молл в 4 остановках.
Огромный номер, отличная кухня, большая гардеробная. Гостиная и отдельно спальня.
Дружелюбный персонал, полная безопаснсть. Лучшее соотношение цена/качество!!

Близкое расположение к метро.Нормальный завтрак.В номере было чисто.

Cons:

Плохая вентиляция. В номере было постоянно сыро, на окнах был конденсат. В номерах убирают до 12, и если не оставишь ключи от номера до этого времени убирать не будут. Для нас это было проблематично, так как мы были с маленьким ребенком и куда нибудь с ним выходить рано не могли. Приходилось нам с мужем стоять на коридоре, пока убирали номер. У нас был ранний отъезд, но завтрак дали с боем, мол мы при раннем отъезде не даем завтрак, только при экскурсии. Как по мне, так странно.
