Pros:

They are cheaters ...no 24 hrs check in ...nothing... simply they don't respond after booking and moreover they delete hotels .com conformation mail from their mail box.... they don't respond for phone calls.if you visit morning for check in they will ask extra money otherwise 12 pm check in...luckily that time hotels .com people also close everything to help this cheaters...i think these people have also share in this. whom you are going to ask...already lost money ...waiting outside of the hotel... we have to blame ourselves..otherwise pay extra money for check in... breakfast...even dogs cannot eat. overall worst and pathetic experience.... in future hotels. com going to pay the cost...i believe i paid temporally.worst of the worst hotel people give advice you "dont book on line come directly... online booking is like that only... next come directly."

not a good experience at all !!
Pros:

some very basic issues like no WiFi, delayed check in check out, poor room service, poorly managed rooms,no chilling facility is annoying. I wouldn't like to go there again or recommend anyone to Halcyon.

very worst hotel
Pros:

very worst checkin i never faced in my life.infront of my wife i felt ashamed..i married before 18 years they asked marriage certificate and wedding picture for couple proof.they dont accept card.i paid cash.eventhough i planned for card but they asked cash.
