Adorei o serviço 10 estrelas. Pois foi esquecido dentro dos carros deles , que são usados para retirar as malas dos quartos , uma mochila azul. Pois eles encontraram a mochila e mandaram para mim no aeroporto. Nenhum outro hotel faz isso. Amamos os quartos maravilhosos numa vila centenária transformada em um hotel. Também os restaurantes e vinho maravilhoso

Disappointing!
Pros:

Our stay in Il Borro was an absolute disappointment - we hoped for a relaxing couple of days but ended at a noisy place with no privacy at all. The biggest part of the property is situated in a so called medieval village which has an interesting concept before you realise that your room is in the middle of a touristic attraction and a place for people from the villages nearby to come for a walk. That means it is noisy all day long and you just wonder how you ended up there. That was not mentioned during our booking and I can hardly imagine we were the first to experience that bizarre situation. That was not at all a 5 star accommodation.
The staff are not engaged and many of them hardly spoke English. Absolute lack of organisation and no feeling of being at a secure place.
The location is also remote at the very eastern part of Tuscany, the inly place which is less than an hour drive is Arezzo.
It was a very disappointing experience for us and could not at all recommend the place.

Unlike Any Other Property
Pros:

My family and I just returned from a magical stay at Il Borro, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The property itself was spectacular, and our time in the medieval village was unlike any experience I've had. The culinary program was astonishing, the wine tour was among the most unique I've ever seen, the service was outstanding, the grounds were superior to any I've seen (even in very early Spring), and the commitment to sustainability is wholly impressive. The views, people, and special place that make up Il Borro are incredible. We cannot wait to come back.

Esperienza fantastica
Pros:

Esperienza fantastica al 100%, dalla location, alle camere , al ristorante, alla gentilezza e cordialita' di tutto lo staff. Bellisima esperienza anche nella visita delle botteghe degli artigiani che risiedono nella tenuta, specialmente in quella dell'orafo!
