Pros:

Great location in a very picturesque village, staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant in particular was wonderful. The location's own wine was stellar as well.

Cons:

Er viel niets tegen. Wat ik niet begrijp van een hotel dat wij (zeventig plus) een kamer krijgen met een binnentrap. Ik zou hier als staf over nadenken bij het indelen van kamers en het aanbieden van kamers.

hotel exceptionnel , domaine fabuleux , calme , service au top , restauration de qualité , personnel tres sympathique

Cons:

un peu déçue de l experience cheval . Prix exorbitant pour une balade sympa mais non exceptionnel . Cours en carrière peu d intérêt et tres cher

Pros:

The concept of this place is absolutely incredible. Farm to table experience in the restaurants and the personnel is super friendly with personal approach.

Cons:

You can’t literally tell where you are going from the photos in Booking (it exceeds the expectations). Also, their site is really hard to navigate.

Pros:

A beautiful, relaxing stay in the heart of Tuscany. Perfect honeymoon. The domain is huge, the rooms are big and well equipped, there are many activities and 3 restaurants. It's very authentic and a perfect getaway especially when you live in a busy city. I would recommend to stay in the countryside area like we did, more relaxing and the pool area is nicer. Staff was great.

Cons:

Nothing. Some people should educate their kids better, especially at the pool area but that's not the hotel's responsibility.

Stunning location
Pros:

Absolutely stunning and pristine location with great facilities. Food was excellent at all the restaurants. Staff very friendly. Only negative is it took a while to get in between locations as the buggy’s they provide are always late.
