Es war nicht so, wie wir uns vorgestellt haben

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, gut erreichbar vom Bahnhof und nicht weit entfernt bis in die Altstadt. Das Personal war sehr nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Wir haben schon vor sehr langer Zeit drei Doppelzimmer gebucht und haben uns sehr auf das Wochenende in Düsseldorf gefreut. Es war sehr heiß an diesem Wochenende, dafür kann keiner was aber wir haben ein Zimmer bekommen mit einem defekten Fenster, wo man noch nicht mal das Fenster öffnen konnte, um Luft reinzulassen. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit und bemüht, wollte sich mit der Hotel Führung oder dem Chef auseinandersetzen. Von dieser Seite kam leider gar nichts. Kein Entgegenkommen keine Hilfe.

Netter Empfang, Ventilator auf Anfrage erhalten.

Cons:

Viel zu heiß! Bei Außentemperaturen um die 30° hat es hier im obersten Stock > 30° in den Zimmern.

Zimmer im Dachgeschoss im Sommer nicht zu empfehlen. Klimaanlage wäre dringend notwendig.

Sehr nettes Personal. Unterkunft war relativ günstig.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Dachgeschoss. Auf Grund der Hitze, war es nur bedingt Bewohnbar. Des Weiteren konnte man das Fenster nicht öffnen und das Zimmer war sehr klein. Toilette für Menschen größer als 1,80m schwierig nutzbar.

Размещение удобное. Персонал приятный. В комнате был вентилятор и мини-холодильник ( но к сожалению, холодильник совсем не охлаждал)

Cons:

Старый жилой фонд, присутствует запах и не сильно чистый пол. Холодильник не охлаждал.

Nos ofrecieron una habitación amplia y confortable. El hotel está cerca de la estación de tren, en el Tokio Square, pero no hay problema por ello. Tiene ascensor y ofrece un desayuno sencillo.

Overpriced, overheated, and overhyped — skip it.
Pros:

The staff was friendly and welcoming — genuinely the only positive thing about this stay.

Cons:

No air conditioning whatsoever, only a single old fan, while outdoor temperatures reached 40°C. The room faced direct sunlight with just one window and zero ventilation, turning it into a literal sauna. We woke up ten times a night gasping for air.
The entire room is severely outdated: worn furniture, peeling surfaces, no renovation in what looks like decades. The bathroom is tiny, with an old showerhead, ancient taps, and fixtures that belong in a budget hostel, not in a €100/night hotel.

Good location and staff, but too hot.
Pros:

It’s well located, close to the center and in front of a metro station. Clean. The staff was very nice, they even managed to give us a second fan.

Cons:

We were there in the heat of the summer. The hotel doesn’t have air conditioning and our room got sun the entire afternoon. It was VERY HOT. The two fans we had made no difference. We couldn’t sleep and the next morning we just left the hotel and found another one with airco. If you are coming to Germany in the summer, don’t make this mistake, make sure to book a hotel with air conditioning! It’s worth the money.
