Nu o sa mai revin la acest hotel
Pros:

Locatia, foarte aproape de plaja si faleză

Cons:

In urma sejurului la acest hotel, am rămas cu o impresie proastă. Am ajuns la hotel, am intrebat unde parcam si ne-au spus ca ne duc la o alta parcare aproape pentru ca cea a hotelului e full, parcarea fiind foarte departe de hotel, trebuind sa caram bagajele o gramada. La check-in am fost întâmpinați prost, doamnele de la recepție cerându ne 35€ fără a ne da bon si refuzand plata cu cardul, pentru a ne lăsa sa mergem la prânz mai devreme de ora 14:30, mancare cam nediversificata, fără gust, de cafele si sucuri nici nu mai zic.. Este o portiță pe unde iesi la plaja, dar o descuie la 09:00 si o incuie la ora 18:00, iar tu trebuie sa ocolești pe niste stradute pentru a ajunge inapoi la hotel. Pe langa acest lucru, la ora 23:00 cand se inchide barul de la piscina, domnii de la security ne trimit in cameră, nu mai lasă persoanele sa stea la mese afara. Curat in cameră se face doar dacă ii lasi ceva doamnei de la curățenie. Sezlongurile chiar daca sunt multe si ajung pentru toata lumea, sunt departe de mare.

Pros:

A fost foarte curat în cameră și se făcea zilnic curățenie.

Cons:

Personalul de la recepție foarte foarte arogant și neprietenos.
Mâncarea a fost cea mai mare problemă. Extrem de slab calitativă, totul fără gust, aspect 0. Nu mai vorbesc despre reciclarea preparatelor. Ce nu se mânca la prânz găseai seara de exemplu sub altă formă. De la pește mi s-a făcut rău, era amar. Cafeaua foarte proasta, apă dulce practic.
Încă un aspect în minus: e drept că șezlongurile pt plajă au fost incluse în preț dar nu au mai putut să pună și saltele pe ele.. stăteai pe plasticul ăla doar cu prosopul și nici măsuțe nu erau.
Lipsa plaselor la geamurile din cameră mi s-a părut o prostie, n-am mai văzut așa ceva.. să nu poți sta cu geamul deschis.

Good location, comfortable

Cons:

The staff was more catered towards profit and limiting people from using the all inclusive than the overall customer satisfaction. Strange looks and I did feel like I got a them VS me vibe.

Lokalizacja, dobre jedzenie , ładne pokoje i duże

Cons:

Łóżka z dziurą pomiędzy, nie można było połączyć razem łóżek, brak pokoju z dużym łóżkiem, kawę w barze podawali w papierowym kubku, rozumiem na basenie ale w hotelu! to samo z piwem i drinkami podawane w cieniutkich plastikowych kubkach że można było się oblać, kupiłem all inclusive ultra a kazali płacić za lepsze drinki, nie było informacji że np. napoje do kwoty 5 euro są w cenie, jeszcze rozumiem że mam dopłaty do innych napojów 1 lub 2 euro, przecież w tym samym czasie nie piłem jednocześnie darmowych napojów.
