Great hospitality!
Pros:

The hospitality and comfort was the best in China for me. The reception and staff are incredibly responsive!
The location was also good. There is a supermarket near the hotel.

A top-notch hotel at a mid-price.
Pros:

The location, overlooking the lake, was spectacular. the room was very spacious and quiet. The facilities were excellent. The choices at breakfast were incredible. Even the Western-style food was top-notch, although I stuck with the local food. When in Rome... or indeed China…
The staff were all very polite, attentive and efficient.
Can’t fault it.

早餐非常好，每次来住都会特别期待早餐，床也很舒服 服务人员态度也很好 但是前台一开始办入住的男生，告诉我订的双床没有大床房可以换，说整个酒店的大床都满了，但是后来找另外一个女生换房型就有大床房了，只是不在一个楼层而已。
