Gutes Hotel in ruhiger Gegend
Pros:

Top Lage in oberer Region von S'Arenal in einem ruhigerem Gebiet. Sehr freundliches Personal. Sauber und modern eingerichtete Zimmer. Alles was man braucht in unmittelbarer Nähe (Supermarkt, Restaurants, Bushaltestelle, Apotheke). Große gemütliche Zimmer.

Cons:

Das Bett war für mich leider zu hart. Da ich jedoch nur für zwei Nächte hier war, habe ich nicht nach einer anderen Matraze gefragt. Ansonsten war alles super.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Zimmer sehr sauber. Alles da was man braucht. Bis zum Meer sind es ein paar Meter. Ist aber o.k. Frühstückstückbist hervorragend. Selbst für Gluten-Intolerante ist was dabei.

Sehr nettes Stadthotel, radfahrerfreundlich
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, super Fahrradkeller mit Reparatur-Werkzeugkit und Waschplatz. Toller Zimmerservice, sehr sauber. Große Balkone mit Weitsicht. Bushaltestelle zum Flughafen direkt vor der Tür (Buslinie A51 in 15 Minuten bei 2 Stops). Frühstück mehr als ok! Gratis-Willkommensgetränk!

Cons:

Die Zimmer könnten etwas mehr gemütliche Dekoration vertragen. In der Duschkabine fehlt Platz zum Abstellen eigener Pflegemittel. Dusche ist nur eine tief aufgehängte Handbrause.

Hotel gut angebunden und doch etwas abseits des Partytrubels
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, gute Auswahl zum Frühstück, geräumige Zimmer, alles sauber und gut gepflegt. Busstation direkt in der Nähe.

Cons:

Parkmöglichkeiten nur an der Straße. Hotel-Baustelle auf der gegenüber liegenden Straße.

Pros:

This hotel was really nice and I'm glad I changed my previous hotel and came to this one! The staff at the reception was extremely nice, they do know how to make a guest feel welcomed! I was also very politely greeted everytime I passed by the reception and it's small gestures like these that tell you a lot about someone's hospitality.
The room was also very modernly equipped with a nice balcony and a nice bathroom. I liked the room very much. The location was also good. So definitely recommended.

Cons:

Not a negative side, but just so you know what to expect - if you are coming by car, it will probably be a challenge to find a parking place right in front of the hotel but there is one big free public parking nearby which was honestly even better as you can avoid parallel parking on a small area in front of the hotel. From there it's less than 5 minutes to the hotel on foot.

U navedenom hotelu smo bili smjesteni 3 noci, sa dvoje djece i imamo samo sve pohvale, od samog dolaska, osoblja, cistoce hotela, sobe, usluge. Dorucak je bio izvanredan.
Imali smo i jednu nazalost hitnu situaciju, kada nam je trebala pomoc za dijete, gdje je osoblje izuzetno odreagovalo, pozvalo hitnu pomoc i djevojka, mislim da se zove Claudia je svo vrijeme bila uz nas i pomogla u komunikaciji sa medicinskim osobljem. Hvala joj jos jednom

Pros:

Per un viaggio di quattro giorni e tre notti cercavamo un hotel con una buona posizione e praticamente tutti i comfort, e devo dire che l’abbiamo trovato.
Innanzitutto l’hotel è veramente accanto alla fermata dell’autobus cosa super utile sia per arrivare dall’aeroporto sia per visitare il centro città. Poi Palma è veramente piena di rent per scooter e macchine e anche vicino a questo hotel ce ne sono alcuni utili per visitare le calette più nascoste.
Un altro punto a favore è stata la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli allo staff sia all’arrivo aspettando il check-in sia dopo il check out prima di andare in aeroporto.
La nostra camera nonostante fosse una doppia economy era veramente spaziosa, pulita, accogliente, con balcone e vista sulla piscina, e tutti i comfort di cui uno può aver bisogno.
Anche la pulizia giornaliera era sempre molto curata.
Inoltre una cosa che ci ha davvero lasciati senza parole, in senso positivo, è stata l’accortezza dello staff nel lasciarci un bigliettino in camera dopo essersi accorti che eravamo andati a soggiornare per festeggiare il 18º compleanno di uno di noi due. È stato davvero un gesto carino che non molti avrebbero fatto.
Per concludere la colazione, davvero molto buona e completa. La mattina ci aspettava sempre questo buffet enorme che abbiamo davvero apprezzato.
